Oversee and effectively maintain the M&E systems and supervise the M&E team in carrying out duties

Ensure all projects, preventive maintenance works and SOPs are carried out in excellent quality within the schedule timeline and budget

Perform site planning, coordination and inspection that related to M&E and facilities

Responsible in preparing tender specification & post contract and renovation projects

Oversee and effectively maintain the M&E systems. Analyse faults speedily and recommend holistic, sustainable and cost-effective solutions to the client

Ensure accurate records and progress reports is prepared on timely manner

Ensure proper arrangement of site organization and workforce management

Conduct regular meetings with FM teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors

Liaise with the equipment vendors at a technical and professional manner so that equipment faults escalation can be resolved within the shortest possible time

Ensure the operation teams comply with client & regulatory requirements.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Experience in related ACMV, and Electrical or equivalent.

Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, ACMV or equivalent.

Possess strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work independently

Proficiency in MS Office.

Ability to work under pressure in a complex environment.

• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Requirement:

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off

· Be able to sell all products at the store which include meats, wines, cheese and gourmet items.

· Manage the upload, inventory and descriptions of 3rd party platforms like GrabMart, Deliveroo, etc as well our own Shopify website.

· Able to execute basic meat cutting including portioning and slicing.

· Able to learn and use the inventory control system and stock checking of meats upon arrival.

· To be responsible for organising and coordinating the deliveries for customers and businesses for both our retail and wholesale orders.

· To be able to independently reorder from our suppliers when our inventory levels are low and to look for new or replacement items from our suppliers.

· Able to follow SOPs and production standards of the company.

· Create effective displays for meat, poultry and seafood and other related merchandise in the gourmet shop.

· Confident to sell to clients and be comfortable with having a sales target that is matched with daily sales incentives.

· To look for new ways to touch base and soft sell to customers through digital methods (whatsapp, emails or phone calls). Also to be responsible in doing service recovery when required.

· For admin work to start with helping to create, file and organise the documents (invoices, etc) for the accountants. Also to assist in the calculations for commission payments to related parties.

· Send system generated SOAs to customers and follow up on receipt of payments.

· As you progress, will look for more assistance in coming out with marketing promotions and coordinating with our external service providers in conjunction with the rest of the team.

· There will be additional sales incentives (daily or monthly). Will need your assistance in tracking and galvanising the team towards achieving these goals.

· Planning together with the owners on key high sales months like Christmas, Chinese New Year and etc and coordinating with the external service providers.
