Job Description

• Act as a liaison person for community partners or external organizations on outreach and fundraising initiatives, and corporate social responsibility/value-in-action (CSR/VIA) projects.
• Produce outreach and fundraising materials, including drafting, and presenting fund-raising proposals and sponsorship decks.
• Develop a donor/sponsor engagement strategy to identify, cultivate, solicit, steward, and retain qualified prospects and donors/sponsors.
• Research potential individual, corporate, and foundation donors, aligning with their giving interests.

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic product management leader to drive the growth and innovation of our FI Clearing product suite globally. The role will sit at group with active involvement across USD, EUR, GBP, RMB as well as a large number of other locations with FI clearing solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Support IT Project Managers to perform due diligence on third-party service engagement following prevailing Third-Party Risk Management framework for new and existing service engagements.
• Support vendor onboarding and contract engagement processes including to perform service classification, risk assessment and materiality check etc.
• Maintain central contract register and contract repository for the entire IT organization.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, Law, Finance, or Procurement Management with minimally 7-10 years of working experience. Diploma with strong working relevant experience would be considered.
• Experience in working as centralized contract and outsourcing risk management function for mid-large-scale institution is essential. Financial Institution will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of contract management processes and generic contract terms and interpretations. Professional certification in fields of Contract Management, Procurement, and/or Vendor Management will be an advantage.
• Working experience in handling contract and outsourcing risk management in Financial Institution is not mandatory but will be advantageous.
• Experience in handling contracts for overseas branches is good to have.
• Understanding of Asia Pacific countries’ PDPA requirements and MAS’s guideline pertaining to Outsourcing, Technology Risk Management, Third Party Risk etc will have added advantage.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and establish the Portfolio strategy for its goals, objectives and strategies in alignment with the bank's business priorities.
• Create a business plan and drive efforts towards achieving set goals.
• Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and a Balanced Scorecard and assess performance against established targets.
• Prepare, gather, and analyse data to create comprehensive financial, operational, and project reports for senior management's review.
• Manage a portfolio of IT projects and programs, evaluating risks, costs, and returns to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Set project priorities and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular and accurate reports to stakeholders.
• Monitor risks across the entire portfolio and implement adjustments as necessary to mitigate potential issues.
• Develop and maintain the processes and technology platform/solution for systematic management the IT Portfolios.
• Oversee the department's budget, CAPEX (capital expenditures), and OPEX (operating expenses), optimizing costs.
• Prepare and present financial reports and budget plans to senior management for review and decision-making.
• Support the training and development of Business and IT team, enhancing overall team performance.
• Foster effective communication across departments and build collaborative relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Science, Commerce, Business Administration, Banking and Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of working experience within the financial industry or banking industry, preferably in the Technology department.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as Project Manager with proven hands-on experience in managing and delivering projects.
• Experience in managing CAPEX and OPEX.
• In-depth understanding of project and system development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Banking Technology function and experienced in working with virtual teams in the Asia Pacific region.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong team management and collaboration skills.
