Responsibilities

• Support Portfolio Manager(s) in management of multi-asset portfolios in accordance with investment mandate, including implementation of TAA overlays
• Enhance existing investment chart pack by incorporating insightful indicators that can update stakeholders of key developments across various financial markets
• Perform quantitative (e.g. backtests of investment strategies, monte carlo simulation) and qualitative analysis to support idea generation, portfolio construction and risk management
• Work closely with colleagues in Middle Office and Operations to enhance trading processes, portfolio risk monitoring and performance attribution of multi-asset portfolios
• Prepare presentation materials that effectively explains investment strategy and performance drivers to stakeholders

Requirements

• Ideal candidate would have around 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in multi-asset role
• Excellent programming (e.g. Python) and quantitative skills (e.g. multi-asset modelling, time series analysis)
• Familiarity with Bloomberg is preferred

The Role:

We are currently on the look-out for a Senior Business Data Analyst for a project with one of our multinational banking clients. You will have experience in working in complex banking programs responding to existing and new data requirements to assess and track application and user migration status.

The Requirement:

• Minimum 8 years experience as a Business Analyst in a banking environment
• Data management and reporting experience
• Experience working in complex technology transformation programs in banks
• Eliciting and responding to existing and new requirements
• Technologies: Jira, Confluence, Excel, Tableau, Alteryx and Powerpoint

• Property Officer / Facility Management Officer x 10 Headcount
• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio (north)
• Working Days: 8.30 am -6.00 pm (Mon-Fri)
• Junior & Senior: Basic $2,800 to $3800

Job Scopes:

1. To provide supervision and ensure that all repair and routine maintenance works undertaken by the contractors are carried out properly and completed satisfactorily in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract.
2. Schedule and ensure breakdown, preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out effectively.
3. Perform regular inspections and handle enforcement work at the common property areas and to ensure that such common property is in satisfactory and serviceable condition and properly maintained according to the standards required by the relevant authorities and to recommend any works which are necessary.
4. Certify completion of jobs undertaken by contractors and to make recommendation for payment thereof.
5. To co-ordinate all consultancy works on maintenance matters performed by professional consultants and apply and obtain all necessary licenses and certificates from the relevant authorities where necessary.
6. Responsible of investigate, check and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
7. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your Manager.

Requirements

1. Diploma in Facilities Management Services / Estate Management / Building Maintenance / Engineering or related fields.
2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
3. ITE with relevant township experience can be considered.
4. To conduct site inspections

The Role:

• We are seeking candidates with quantitative portfolio management experience and intimate knowledge of systematic strategies

Job Responsibilities (include, but not limited to the following)

• Develop systematic strategies that use statistical signals associated with various market inefficiencies applied to a broad variety of asset classes including global equities and/or ETFs, futures, currencies and options
• Lead, manage and grow quantitative investment portfolio
• Contribute to broader firm research and strategic initiatives

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years’ experience in developing systematic strategies including a verifiable track record with positive PnL and Sharpe
• Strong programming skills in mainstream quant programming languages, such as Python and C++
