Business Development Manager is responsible for maintaining and nurturing key client accounts. This

person must be adept at professional networking and building strong relationships to ensure we establish long-term commitments with key clients. This person will engage, develop new business, and actively seek out new sales opportunities with our existing clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct prospecting activities to generate leads through effective in-person, phone, email, and other outreach methods.
• Develop strong relationships with our clients’ hiring managers by understanding their business and staffing needs.
• Creating and implementing Account Plans for all strategic accounts with short-term objectives and long-term goals along with clearly defined steps to reach them.
• Speaking with customers on a regular basis to check in on them and propose new solutions for their organisation.
• Generate viable, quality contracts, contract to hire and direct hire orders.
• Coordinating with recruitment and operations teams to ensure sales objectives and performance
• goals are met.
• Proactively establishing professional and productive relationships with stakeholders in client
• accounts.
• Assessing, clarifying, and validating customer requirements, needs, and goals on a consistent basis.
• Managing new client onboarding, client launches, and initiatives.
• Work with senior leaders to define the client priorities and ensure engagement at multiple levels in the organisation.
• Guide the hiring process to meet the needs of the client while ensuring that roles are filled timely.
• Track and complete the timely entry of all required client activity and documentation into the ATS/CRM system while maintaining consistency and integrity of data.
• Collaborate with recruitment team to ensure the effective delivery for clients’ needs.
• Strong skills selling the value of our services and possess the ability to influence and effectively negotiate pricing.
• Effectively prepare and deliver business reviews, presentations and proposals.
• Able to work with a sense of urgency and meet tight deadlines.
• Performs other job duties as requested and assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' sales or customer service experience in a service industry
• Proactive and motivated to go above and beyond to deliver client expectations
• Superior communication skills (both written and oral) and comfortable presenting and speaking to senior-level executives
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts and accounts simultaneously
• Prior experience in Account Management or Sales
• Experience with strategic account plans.
• Proven success achieving and/or exceeding performance goals.
• Detailed, organized, and adaptable.
• Prioritize and possess excellent time management skills.
• Work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
