KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the direction and guidance of the Senior Director Investments, Data Centres, take ownership and responsibility to:

§ Lead fund management for various fund mandates under ESR’s data centre platform

§ Ensure end-to-end investment process is carried out in accordance with fund requirements

§ Drive product development and marketing of potential new data centre fund vehicles and syndication of existing data centre assets

§ Manage asset level and portfolio level performance measurement; recommend and implement strategies for improving fund returns

§ Carry outfund-level reporting, including production of quarterly reports, annual business plan and ad hoc reporting requests

§ Oversee fund-level financial modelling and preparation of various fund committee memos

§ Manage communications and requests for information from various stakeholders including new and prospective investors, lenders, and internal functions

§ Evaluate new investment opportunities from a portfolio standpoint, advising impact on portfolio weighting and returns

§ Advise on structuring / financing of potential investments, particularly from an offshore level

§ Manage FX / interest rate hedging program for relevant investments

§ Manage subscription line facility for relevant investments

§ Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, including debt and equity capital partners, intermediaries, tax and legal advisors, banking relationships etc.

§ Collaborate with internal teams, including acquisitions, development, legal, finance, and operations.

§ Provide coaching and guidance to junior members in the team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

§ Bachelor’s Degree majoring in business, finance, economics, engineering or equivalent; preference for candidates who also have a master’s degree in business administration, finance and/or real estate

§ Minimum 10 years of experience, with current experience working in a fund / portfolio management role for a regional / global investment manager

§ Experienced negotiating various commercial agreements, including limited partnership agreements, investment / asset management agreements, sale & purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, lease agreements and loan facilities.

§ Self-motivated and proactive; ability to work both independently and within a team environment;

§ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills;

§ Able to work independently, resourceful, meticulous, and possess sound commercial sense with strong analytical aptitude;

The Riot Operations Center (ROC) provides 24/7 live response for issues that impact our players. The ROC maintains three sites around the world to provide this coverage, and each site must be able to act independently while keeping its processes and direction aligned with those of the ROC as a whole. We are looking to find a Manager, to be based out of our home offices in Singapore. You should have the right to work in Singapore. Note we will be hiring on a rolling basis and are currently looking for three manager roles in total across London, Accra, Washington DC, Dubai and Singapore, each for a fixed-term contract of 24 months.

In recognition of the growing client interest in solutions delivered with TBI partners, we are looking for talented managers to join a newly formed Partnerships Flex-Pool team. TBI works closely with our government clients and partners to innovate and accelerate delivery of results. We support our clients and partners to develop and activate proof-of-concepts and partner solutions, with an aim of rapid learning and iteration to implement at scale.

The Partnerships Flex-Pool, which this role will form part of, will provide interim, dedicated, in-country support (for deployments of between 3-6 months) to the scoping and delivery of new partnership proof-of-concepts and solutions, helping to pilot, test, deliver and scale. The remaining 6+ months will be spent in the home office, delivering other tasks relating to the activation and scale of partner solutions.

This role is ideal for candidates who have the demonstrated ability to create change through their work with private sector partners and government entities. Candidates must have the ability to operate with clients (together with country teams who hold those relationships) which include Ministers and senior government officials, as well as our tech and non-tech partners. Service Manager

Porsche Singapore is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead our service team and oversee daily operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, timely, and seamless service. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting all automotive service and repair needs with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency, driving team performance, upholding Porsche’s standards, and cultivating a customer-centric environment that fosters trust, loyalty, and operational excellence.

• Develop, manage, and implement strategies to ensure a seamless customer experience across all service touchpoints, while achieving service profitability, cost control, and KPIs, such as service efficiency, productivity, parts inventory turnover, customer satisfaction, and retention.
• Manage service operations to build long-term customer relationships, foster trust and loyalty to encourage repeat business, ensure efficient service delivery, and uphold compliance with brand standards, warranty policies, and government regulations, including workplace health and safety for both workshop and frontline employees.
• Drive revenue growth alongside Service Advisors by proactively identifying opportunities and recommending additional services and products, such as extended warranties, service packages, and accessories, to encourage customer adoption.
• Handle and resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and effectively, collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve customer satisfaction targets.
• Prepare, review, and analyse budgets, expenses, and other KPIs, while monitoring team performance and overseeing inventory to ensure parts availability, and maximising workshop efficiency, productivity, and utilisation.
• Collaborate with sales and parts teams to continuously identify ways to streamline operations and maximise efficiency and productivity.
• Lead, mentor, motivate, and develop the service team, including service advisors, technicians, and support staff, to foster a culture of excellence and high performance while ensuring continuous upskilling with the latest technological advancements, product updates, and industry best practices.

• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, automotive management, or a related field with relevant certifications or training in automotive aftersales management preferred.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in service management role, preferably within a luxury automotive brand.
• Comprehensive knowledge of service centre management, customer service, technical services, automotive technologies, diagnostics tools, repair techniques, along with an understanding of industry trends, technological advancements, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Dealership Management Systems and diagnostic tools.
• A team player with excellent leadership, people management, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with stakeholders while inspiring and motivating team members.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess situations, make informed decisions, and implement effective measures.
• Proactive, self-driven, with a strong learning mindset, Can-Do attitude, and the ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently.
• Possess a Class 3 Driving License with a minimum of 4 years of driving experience
