PURPOSE

The Policy Servicing Manager role will be expected to support policy servicing function of life business which the responsibilities include processing customers’ service requests and represent policy servicing and premium management functions as a subject matter expert for product launches and other initiatives.

KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES

• Deliver high quality, accurate and prompt service to customers meeting or exceeding respective service levels and target turnaround time.
• Ensure that our service delivery processes are compliance with the relevant regulations, internal policies and procedures.
• Manage, lead, and provide guidance to a team of policy servicing executives and be responsible for the team performance.
• Review and streamline service processes regularly to improve operations efficiency.
• Support the business in achieving its financial goals and objectives and participate in cross functional initiatives aligned with the Business Development Plan.
• Manage customers’ complaints, escalate where necessary and collaborate with various internal stakeholders to achieve fair outcomes according to the complaint resolution process.
• Investigate on the root cause of system errors and work closely with IT to resolve errors or provide solutions to avoid repeated errors.
• Act as subject matter expert (SME) for policy servicing and premium management on processes, operational procedures and system requirements for any new product launches/system enhancements.
• Review and sign off business requirements. Perform user acceptance testing, provide progress update and sign off.
• Liaison and point of contact for external parties for any operational matters that include (but not limited to) system migration etc.
• Any other ad hoc tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Degree holder
• At least 8 years of life insurance operations with good knowledge in policy servicing and premium management.
• Preferably possess relevant insurance certifications.
• Solid life insurance operations knowledge
• Minimum experience in AS400 system

• Experience in participation in projects and product launches, and User Acceptance Testing

Job Opportunity: Manager, Strategic Communications (1-Year Contract)

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Strategic Communications team, responsible for shaping the strategic narrative and content of various initiatives and campaigns. The team develops integrated communication strategies to engage diverse stakeholders and amplify key messages through public relations, marketing, and digital engagement efforts.

What You’ll Do
As a Manager, Strategic Communications, you will:

• Enhance Engagement Strategies: Support email marketing operations, including planning, creating, and analyzing a monthly newsletter.
• Media Outreach: Identify media and engagement opportunities, draft press releases, pitch stories, manage media events, and collaborate on paid advertorials.
• Event Management: Organize and execute roadshows across Singapore to engage youth audiences. This includes managing venues, logistics, content, and on-site activities while presenting and facilitating discussions with participants.
• Data-Driven Insights: Use digital marketing analytics to evaluate campaign performance, provide recommendations, and create monthly reports. Work closely with the content team to monitor live campaigns and optimize ads and organic content.
• Social Listening: Leverage analytics and monitoring tools to assess campaign effectiveness, track youth trends, and provide actionable insights for engagement efforts.
• Support Initiatives: Assist in other ongoing tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience in communications.
• Hands-on knowledge of digital communications, including social media and email marketing.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, or other digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with comfort working with statistics.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to approach issues from a macro perspective.
• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment and take initiative in problem-solving.
• A proactive team player who is resourceful and effective in delivering results.
• Prior experience in events management and roadshows is a bonus.

Job Details

• Location: Toa Payoh
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable based on performance and business needs)
