Job Duties:

• Develops hypothetical fee calculations, proformas and comprehensive marketing materials related to fees.

• Advise on complex fee structures relating to account set-ups, amendments or terminations to ensure accurate application of fee policies.
• Provides cross-regional (Americas, Europe, Asia) guidance and recommendations to internal (Marketing Legal, Investment Group) and external clients. Fully understands and considers regional and product differences when making recommendations and decisions.
• Coach associates and peers on technical performance issues. Serves as subject matter expert on global Investment Management fees.
• Educate prospective and existing clients as well as internal staff with regard to based fee arrangements. Provides multiple fee options where possible, considering the needs of the client as well as company and legal considerations.
• Ensures that clients understand the application and calculation of the fee structures while maintaining compliance with fee policies.
