Your Day-to-Day

Financial Returns:

• Participate in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget
• Monitor budget and control expenses with a focus on increasing productivity
• Analyse financials to drive revenues, future profitability, and maximum return on investment
• To assist in the hotel's revenue growth by leveraging on the company's systems & procedures

Job Description & Requirements

Condominium located at Choa Chu Kang area has 1 position for Condo Manager. You will be deployed on site, and be accountable for the daily operations of the estate. The working hours are 9:00am-5:30pm on weekdays, and 9:00am to 12:00pm on Saturdays. There will be a team of 3 staff on-site.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
- Plan and control all activities pertaining to the effective daily maintenance and management of the condominium.
- Plan deployments and preventive maintnance schedules as well as monitor the efficiency, lifespan and warranty periods of equipment.
- Liaise with end users, contractors, vendors, consultants, and relevant authorities with respect to technical & maintenance services, repairs, installation, fabrication, renovation & reburbishing works, regulations and the service & repair warranties of equipment.

- Be a team leader for a team of 3 full-time staff deployed at the condominium, aligning the team’s performance to meet the Council’s target outcome, and align the work attitude with the Council’s objectives. The monthly incentive will be tied to the Council’s monthly review.

Job Purpose

This Manager/Assistant Manager contract position provides communications and content support to the Community Impact (CI) division, which includes departments that run community engagement programmes, the Singapore National Youth Orchestra (SNYO), and the Singapore Symphony Choruses. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content creation and social media

• Develop and implement strategies to maintain and grow existing and new social media channels for SNYO and the Singapore Symphony Choruses
• Oversee social media and content marketing for CI, including developing scripts/ story outlines and working with vendors to produce content
• Act as a liaison between SNYO, Choral Programmes, and Communications, Digital & Marketing departments
• Create and edit basic short-form video content for different social media platforms (e.g., IG, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

• Oversee hired photography and videography vendors at concerts; Manage photo and video shoots for the CI division
