The role:

This role not only governs operation vendors to provide daily IT operation support to business users but also requires very hands-on work resolving and preparing incident reports for critical/P1 incidents. Strategic

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain SAP master data for grants and funds (e.g. fund, cost centre, WBS) for research and supporting entities timely upon request from stakeholders.
• Check supporting documents provided to ensure information contained is complete and in accordance with the overall data schema.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies.
• Perform closing of project codes timely as per SOP, and any re-opening as required to facilitate operations.
• Perform regular checks on newly created master data, flag exceptions for follow-up and resolution.

• Perform month end module closure in SAP.
