2. Campaign & Ad ManagementPropose content and ad strategies for marketing campaigns.
   Manage and optimize Facebook/Instagram ads within budgets.
   Analyze ad performance to improve ROI.
   
3. Performance Tracking & ReportingReview agency reports to identify improvements and opportunities.
   Track social media data and benchmark against industry standards.
   
4. Community ManagementAct as a liaison between the agency and internal teams to resolve customer issues.
   Draft responses aligned with tone of voice.
   
5. Industry Trends & CollaborationStay updated on social media trends and best practices.
   Work with internal and external teams to meet campaign deadlines.
   
6. Ad-Hoc SupportTrain chatbot for better response accuracy.
   Assist walk-in customers when required.
