As an Entry-Level PMO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations and administrative functions of project management. You will collaborate closely with the project team to ensure smooth execution of PMO activities, including reporting, billing, procurement, resource planning, and project deliverables. Key Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities

• Support IT Project Managers to perform due diligence on third-party service engagement following prevailing Third-Party Risk Management framework for new and existing service engagements.
• Support vendor onboarding and contract engagement processes including to perform service classification, risk assessment and materiality check etc.
• Maintain central contract register and contract repository for the entire IT organization.
• Understand the company’s local and Head Office rules, and local regulatory requirements (e.g. PDPA, MAS Outsourcing Guidelines etc) on vendor engagement and service outsourcing to ensure all due diligent checks are performed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, Law, Finance, or Procurement Management with minimally 7-10 years of working experience. Diploma with strong working relevant experience would be considered.
• Experience in working as centralized contract and outsourcing risk management function for mid-large-scale institution is essential. Financial Institution will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of contract management processes and generic contract terms and interpretations. Professional certification in fields of Contract Management, Procurement, and/or Vendor Management will be an advantage.

JOB SUMMARY

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic product management leader to drive the growth and innovation of our FI Clearing product suite globally. The role will sit at group with active involvement across USD, EUR, GBP, RMB as well as a large number of other locations with FI clearing solutions.
• This role encompasses core product management responsibilities, commercialisation strategies, leveraging data for insights, standardisation efforts, and the enhancement of our Asian Clearing proposition. RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy

• Position SCB’s capabilities and reputation within the FI clearing business.
• Lead the end-to-end management and lifecycle of FI clearing products, with a specific focus on Banks and Affiliates. This will include enhancements of existing capabilities and new initiatives.
• Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with the global payment strategy, FI clearing growth agenda and evolving client needs. Prioritise based on commercial opportunity, market intelligence, client feedback and competitive analysis.

Role:

• To be responsible for managing the seafarer’s payroll for all assigned vessels.
