• Assist in preparation of the full spectrum of corporate accounting and billing function
• Assist in preparation of the full spectrum of vessel accounting function
• Prepare monthly payments to vendors and reimbursement of expense claims
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare all necessary supporting documents for auditing purposes
• Support managers on projects
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years related experience is preferred
• Well versed with MS excel and word
• Detailed oriented and able to work in fast paced environment with deadlines and goals
• Good written and interpersonal communication skills

Location: West region

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service and maintenance department, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
• Manage a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and minimize downtime.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer sites or internal workshops.
• Manage parts inventory and procurement, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective purchasing.
• Maintain accurate records of service and maintenance activities, including work orders, parts usage, and labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the construction or heavy equipment industry.
• Strong understanding of construction machinery, including hydraulics, electrical systems, and diesel engines.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
