• At least 5 years Food&Beverage HR management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Business

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design, planning and implementation of Ant Security Technology's commercial products, coordinate internal and external resources, drive project progress and implementation.
• Analyze market demand and competition, find customer pain points, design business models, determine product pricing, improve product user experience, and be responsible for product market competitiveness.
• Product interaction, visual design, product function optimization and iteration, and partner communication and management and other specific work
• Cooperate with business and technical teams to conduct reasonable business abstraction and product design, and promote the universal construction of products.
• Priority will be given to those with management team experience and methodology.

Job Requirement

• Understand the enterprise security industry and have your own thoughts on the development of the security industry.
• 5 years or more of experience as an Internet product manager, or experience in financial/payment risk control/AI products, experience in commercial products is preferred.
• Have strong cross-departmental capabilities and team coordination capabilities, be good at teamwork, promote unified goals within and outside the team, and promote product implementation.
• Professional project management and time management capabilities, able to handle multiple transactions concurrently, ensure efficient product implementation, and get the expected results.
• Fluent English communication and writing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for meeting revenue targets leveraging own contacts, lead generation activities and alliance partners
• Manage the opportunity from sales pursuit to close using deep sales process and offering expertise. Act as point of contact for resolution and escalation of all key items with the client and internally.
• Target the right clients, grow quality pipeline, win profitable deals, and manage sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value.
• Generate and build client relationships leading to qualified opportunity identification and involvement throughout the sales cycle often in absence of an existing client relationship or opportunity.
• Create a direct relationship with the owner or decision-makers of enterprise companies in Singapore.
• Interact with senior management levels at a client which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.

Desired Candidature

• Has prior experience in leading and closing multi-year deals.
• Having some prior experience in selling cloud services-based data warehousing or analytics/ data science solutions.
• Ability to identify a client problem statement, craft a value proposition that provides specific outcomes addressing client problem.
• Ability to provide solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
