Manager – Franchise Recruiting (APMEA)

As a key member of the International Business Development team, the Manager – APMEA Business Development plays a critical role in helping this vision come to life by leading the franchising efforts for new market entries across Asia Pacific and Middle East and Africa. APMEA FRANCHISE RECRUITING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Drives Wendy’s new franchise recruiting efforts across APMEA for both Traditional & Non-traditional opportunities. Manages all new franchise recruiting programs/processes and drives the recruitment, selection and placement of new APMEA franchisees. Helps to manage efforts of the Global Recruiting Coordinator/Specialist to ensure candidate progression through the pipeline. Manages relationships with local 3rd party franchise recruiting agencies and partners to help drive new candidate lead generation. • Manage and coordinate with Consultants for design works for M&E services for MRT
• Coordinate and develop of CCSM and M&E design with LTA, SWCs and relevant authorities.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Payable Accountant plays an integral role in Finance Division and will be responsible for leading a team in invoice to pay activities, support Manager in the end to end Procure-to-Pay improvements initiatives and ensure they align with company-wide transformation initiatives and Finance Division roadmap.
