Key Responsibilities:

· Handling correspondence from Head quarters

· Support card member by providing tourist and local information, reservation work and assistance with all credit card related matter

· Always follow up on requests made by customers

· Deal with all enquiries as well as complaints made by customers in a professional and courteous manner on the telephone, online via Line or via email.

· Keep current promotion, tourist and local information provided for the card member up to date

· Carry out the Sales promotion by offering good and attractive privileges or information to the card member (year-long offer)

· Maintain and improve the relationships with current merchants and establish the relationships with new merchants

· Manage the day-to-day operation of Lounge

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

· Experience in the hospitality industry

· Excellent customer service skill and ability to handle demanding customers

· Good knowledge of all tourists related requirements and credit card matter

· Intermediate PC skills

· Good negotiation and communication skills in Japanese as the role involves dealing with Japanese clients

Your new role

• Streamlining HR projects and process improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement more efficient workflows to streamline operational processes. Evaluate, design, and implement new or revised processes to address gaps, ensure compliance with regulations, and align with organizational standards.
• Pre employment checks and onboarding/offboarding: Support Regional HRBP in ensuring compliance with pre-employment background checks and onboarding processes, managing discrepancies and delays as needed.
• HR Admin and Records Keeping: Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including creating new employee files, performing file audits, and drafting employment contracts and letters. Additionally, provide HR administrative support, including processing invoices, responding to employee queries, and liaising with external partners on employment pass matters.
• HR reporting: Assist in monthly reports, rendering support in case management system and uploading documents in online p-file system.
• Compliance Risk and Control: Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements in Singapore, staying up-to-date on latest legislations and enforcing adherence to these requirements. Liaise with local Compliance team and administer processes related to Representative Notification Framework, Register of Dealer, and reporting to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field with 5-8 years of HR experience.
• Proven working experience in a banking industry is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience with process improvement, system implementation/migration such as HR technology, payroll platforms, or recruitment tools, is a definite plus.
• Strong knowledge of employee life cycle processes is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations.
