Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and building innovative marketing plans and programs to engage brands and agencies with insights about Ads' effectiveness and role in an evolving ecosystem.
• Project-manage execution of large scale ads marketing initiatives (incl. big event productions, influencer activities, product excellence initiatives).
• Ideate, develop, and execute marketing initiatives that drive Ads' advertising business and presence in the industry with thought leadership articles, client and executive presentations, case studies and other content.

Skills and Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in sales marketing, brand advertising, brand marketing, event management, marketing communications or other related field on equivalent practical experience
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans, and campaigns.
• Ability to flawlessly execute large and complex marketing campaigns at scale.
• Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced environment and to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and constantly evolving context.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with distinctive problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Duties of Social Media Marketing Manager:

• Identify and engage influencers (nano, micro, macro) and content creators to align with company goals and projects.
• Maintain and grow relationships with influencers through ongoing communication and outreach, expanding into new demographics.
• Strengthen partnerships with talent via mailings, gifting, and brand initiatives.
• Work with teams to exceed targets in revenue, engagement, and follower growth.
• Manage influencer marketing budget and forecast, optimizing strategies based on business needs.
• Track and analyze the success of social media campaigns using KPIs.
• Develop and manage an influencer calendar for all social channels.
• Stay updated on trends in social media, influencer marketing, and emerging platforms.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in relevant discipline
• More than 5 years of experience in handling social media platform, typically Fashion Retail Industry
• Possess a rich network of KOL/ Influencer for branding purpose

• Drive implementation of Portfolio Management initiatives across Henkel Adhesive Technologies
• Take ownership for end-to-end responsibilities to identify business problems, analyze root causes and interdependencies, develop solutions and implement them
• Collaborate with different stakeholders on scouting the key business problems, shaping them into actionable projects ensuring necessary change management
• Support transitioning of the Henkel Adhesive Technology organization to data-driven decision-making via developing the Adhesives Data & Analytics platform
• Participate, drive definition and execute the Product & Technology Management strategic change agenda in collaboration with Adhesive Technologies and corporate functions and enable the key use cases (e.g. value-based pricing, value selling etc.)

YOUR SKILLS

• Minimum 5 years experience in Product Management, Marketing, Strategy, Application Engineering or related area with proven track record of self-driven transformational achievements and completed projects, leadership experience is a plus
• Analytical skills including understanding of relevant technologies, brands, applications, product profitability and good knowledge of financial models
• Familiar in technical IT literacy incl. SAP knowledge, PowerBI and other data analytics and visualization applications
• Strong presentation, communication and influencing skills to various audiences and key business stakeholders in both virtual and real settings

Responsibilities

• Responsible in providing full spectrum of administrative support to the Senior Management Office.
