Job Summary

You are responsible for internal and external communications in support of key business objectives, BD associate engagement, and regional company reputation.

This role will partner closely with SEA VP/GM and SEA Leadership, to ensure all communications activities align to SEA Vision and specific regional goals and objectives. The Communication manager will report to the SEA VP/GM.

Job Responsibilities

SEA Internal and External Communication:

• Develop and deliver BD’s SEA communications plans, including integrated internal and external communications in support of regional priorities and objectives.
• Lead SEA internal communications plans and execution for BD Associate engagement, including campaigns, SEA VP/GM communications, SEA LT engagement, content development and support for internal communications initiatives and interactions that improve employee engagement and understanding of the company’s strategy and SEA role supporting BD 2025.
• Responsible for the development of communications campaigns and actions that support the strategies and purpose of BD.

• Build strong relationships with colleagues across the enterprise. Partner with Corporate Communications colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment in regional and corporate messages and content, as well as HR, commercial teams and other functions.
• Stay current on relevant regional, industry, economic, and governmental topics and issues that should be reflected in or referenced in communications, internal or external.

SEA Regional Customer Events Management and Support:

• Works with Tradeshow/Events Manager to develop and coordinate communications to support industry meetings and trade show exhibits.
• Handle vendor and association relationships, negotiate contracts, and supervise all event activities including but not limited to, housing, badges & food/beverage.
• Approve design, layout, cost estimates and construction of exhibits and displays.
• Work with creative agency on messaging, artwork and promotional materials for events including but not limited to, email campaigns, social media, communications to the field, pre and post meeting notices.
• Ensure compliance with BD Quality and Regulatory requirements and adherence to MarCom standards and procedures.

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required – preferably in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant Public Relations and Communications experience, working in large Multinational Corporation. Agency experience will be preferred.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory for this role.

1. Job Description:

· Developing testing & commissioning plans and procedures for SCADA systems

· Conducting site visits to ensure that SCADA systems are installed according to design specifications

Risk Management

· Oversee, co-ordinate and facilitate risk management activities

· Collect risk exposure and risk management information to provide risk reports to internal stakeholders

· Facilitate risk identification and assessment exercises

· Design and implement risk management processes & draft risk management policies and procedures

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Law

· Admission to the bar in a common law jurisdiction will be an advantage but not essential

· At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in corporate commercial law acquired in-house or in a law firm

· Sound knowledge of legal advice in general corporate advisory work, including company and contract law

· Familiarity with SGX Listing Rules and Regulations is advantageous

· Completed ICSA or relevant post graduate/ professional qualifications will be an advantage

We are looking for a Cluster Reservations Manager

The Cluster Reservations Manager is responsible for managing the reservations process and operation in the property, by coaching and motivating the team to deliver quality guest service and meet financial targets for the property.

He/She also ensures that the reservations team adhere to policies and procedures implemented by the property, while working with the team to encourage internal sales and upselling of all facilities where appropriate.

As a Cluster Reservations Manager, we rely on you to:

• Manage Reservations Process and Operation: Oversee the reservations process and operations, ensuring quality guest service and financial targets are met.
• Team Leadership: Coach and motivate the reservations team to adhere to property policies and procedures, and encourage internal sales and upselling of facilities.
• Collaboration with Revenue Optimization Team: Work closely with the Revenue Optimization team to implement pricing strategies and manage optimal room occupancy.
• System Configuration and Compliance: Ensure all related systems are correctly configured, validated, and compliant with SOPs.
• Best Practice Standards: Maintain best practice standards to achieve customer satisfaction, optimal profitability and room occupancy.
• Cost Control and Analysis: Control and analyse department costs to ensure performance is within budget.
• Recruitment and Training: Conduct recruitment and training for the reservations team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with construction team to prepare document for Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Open Tender

• Source potential tenderers/subcontractors and send out invitation for RFQs

• Coordinate queries and clarifications between tenderers and construction team during RFQ stage

• Coordinate post-tender interviews between tenderers, construction team, QS team and contracts team

• Assist Contracts Manager with quantity surveying matters relevant to Sub-Contract, Works Order and Purchase Order.

• Assist contracts team in administration of subcontracts

• Handle payment request received from subcontractors and suppliers

• Preparation and submission of Variation Order & Progress Claim to Client (LTA)

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Survey, Purchasing/Procurement, Business, Engineering.

• Experience with LTA project is preferable.

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

Roles & Responsibilities:

Facilities Management

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the office space, including cleaning, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Manage vendor relationships for cleaning, security, and other services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and building codes.
• Manage and track facility budgets effectively.
• Provide access to project manager and/or external contractors for renovation projects of the workspace as required.
• Manage and provide relevant facilities related data to real estate, security or any other team as per established protocol.

Experience Management

• Work with Employee Services and Employee Experience (EXES) team to standardize on-site employee experience in line with laid down protocols at other offices.
• Work with EXES team on rolling out of company-wide initiatives.

Event Management

• Support event logistics, including set-up, coordinating with external vendors hired by business unit and, catering (if requested) and coordinate with event organizers.
• Facilitate booking of event space with internal team and stakeholders.
• Ensure the facility is well-maintained and presented for each event.

Audio Visual (AV) and Video Conferencing (VC) Equipment Management

• Ensure AV/VC equipment are maintained and operating.

• In event of system upgrade required, to support in data gathering for provision to wider real estate team for decision and execution.

Community Engagement

• Drive community cohesion in the workspace with residents and business unit stakeholders.

• Roll-out communication based on protocols.
• Seek relevant approvals on local communication from central communications team or Group Communications team as may be required as per approved protocol.

Sustainability Program

• Roll out sustainability programs as per organisation protocols including site specific sustainability initiatives.
• Gather and enter site level data in specified MIS systems.
• Engage with vendors and other service providers on specific programs and projects related to sustainable operations and provide access to site level metrics.

Contract Lodgement and Procurement

• Seek relevant approvals on site level initiatives
• Lodge relevant contractual documents in prescribed systems.
• Raise purchase orders and invoices in systems as per policy.
• Track relevant spends, get approvals for variations and any other financial processes as per established protocols.
• Liaise with SMEs within the organization for relevant procurement.

Team Management

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of receptionist, cleaner, and technician.
• Assign tasks, provide training, and monitor performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Overall Site Management:

Qualifications:

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Hospitality Management, or related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in an event space or similar environment, including proven experience in team leadership. Strong understanding of event planning and logistics. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with budgeting and financial management. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Additional qualifications

Experience with community engagement initiatives. Knowledge of relevant Singaporean regulations and building codes. Certifications in facility management or related fields.
