What will you do?

The holder of this position is mainly responsible for the following areas

• Manage and maintain full spectrum of office administrative and facilities service

• Identify improvements to operations process and cost to drive efficiencies

• Using independent discretion, responds to tenant needs, ensuring that administrative and building technical staff resolve problems promptly and/or contracts for vendor services as required. • Develops and controls annual budgets for operating and capital expenses based on operating knowledge of the property/portfolio. Forecasts management plans and prepares monthly performance, explaining variances.
