Outlet Drink Stall Operations

• Manage and ensure smooth operation of the Drink stall within the food court or coffeeshop.
• Manage transactions with customers’ order using cash registers / Point-of-Sale (POS) Systems.
• Collection of payments whether in cash, credit card, coupon, Net card, cashless payment, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Outlet Operations Management

• Work pro-actively with the Maintenance Department to fix outlet’s hygiene and maintenance issues in a timely manner. Ensure the outlet is well-maintained at all times and is in line with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines
• Perform daily sales bank-in.
• Achieve monthly sales target and FD rental income target.
• To ensure smooth operations during opening, mid and closing shifts.
• To uphold quality control in food & beverage products sold in the FB stalls
• Prepare reports at the end of shift/week.
• Ensure stalls comply with all necessary hygiene, health and safety, and licensing requirements.

• To monitor maintenance budget and progress payments to ensure cash flow projections are met and payment are promptly made to contractors and service providers;
• To lead a team of technical and nontechnical staff in performing preventive/ad-hoc maintenance, facilities and building works;
• Co-ordinate and supervise works done by contractors and ensure their performance are in conformance with the Service Level Agreements.

Qualification and Experience:

• Degree in Building Services or Facilities Management or Mechanical or Electrical
• Or equivalent with at least 5-year relevant working experience with minimum 3 year in supervisory roles in related field.

Reporting to the Public Relations Manager, your job responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Assist in conducting market research to identify industry trends and target market characteristics.
Prepare and develop corporate materials such as management reports, daily media monitoring reports and social media analysis reports.
Assist with media plans, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. This includes active pitching to media and publications, preparation of materials including speeches, talking points, news releases, and videos.
Drive publication process from editorial planning, interviewing, writing, photo-taking to proofreading, production and management of the Town Council’s publications, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop engaging and public educational content to expand the reach of publications.
Manage and support on-site event activities and post-event follow-up.
Assist in planning of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes and sustainability efforts.
Prepare write-ups for website content, estate improvement works booklet, compliments received, internal newsletters, etc.
Coordinate and facilitate the timely print, delivery and distribution of publicity collaterals such as banners and newsletters.
