What you will be working on

You will lead a team of officers responsible for managing the Withdrawal Schemes administration under Account Closure. Your role involves improving business processes and efficiency by actively seeking enhancements and collaborating across departments. You will also boost customer satisfaction by using data analysis and modern technology to identify and solve customer challenges.

In this role, you will:

• Lead team managing CPF withdrawal schemes and support Section Head in strategising and designing withdrawal services to meet future needs
• Improve processes and efficiency in the department
• Work with other teams and outside partners to make changes smoothly
• Use data and new technology to solve customer problems
• Oversee work process redesign and cross-agency discussions to operationalise initiatives
• Ensure team meets service standards and handles cases on time
• Coach team members and help them grow in their roles
• Handle complex cases and approve special applications
• Support department head in planning for future needs
• Liaise with ministries, statutory boards, and private organisations to gain buy-in for new initiatives

Job Summary:

This role is critical in ensuring the bank's compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a robust cybersecurity posture. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the bank's IT Risk Framework, conducting risk assessments, overseeing security controls, and providing cybersecurity training. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT Risk Framework:Maintain and update the IT Risk Register.
