What will you do?

The holder of this position is mainly responsible for the following areas

• Manage and maintain full spectrum of office administrative and facilities service

• Identify improvements to operations process and cost to drive efficiencies

• Key point of contact with Building Management, the Landlords, and contractors

• Vendor management, involved in price and contract negotiations, review of facility related contracts

What you will be working on

As a part of the Service Quality Management team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the Board’s Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) that is used by both frontline and backend departments to handle correspondences with our customers.
