Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Assist in creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platform.
• Content Creation: Develop and edit high-quality visual content, including photos and short videos, to showcase our luxury products. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to online and offline inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products.
• Store Operations: Assist with store tasks, such as maintaining a clean and organized store environment, visual merchandising, and supporting sales events.
• Inventory Management: Assist with store inventory management, including: Conducting quantity checks to ensure accuracy. Assisting with inventory reporting and reconciliation. Maintaining organized inventory storage and ensuring all items are properly labelled. Assist with packing and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality packaging.
• Live Streaming: Assist with live streaming events on social media platforms, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality content.
• Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and maintaining records.

Requirements

• At least 1 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or retail operations.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (Mandarin speaking customer)
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media management tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with retail management software and POS systems.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in social media content creation or scriptwriting.

Skills and Qualities:
