Key Responsibilities
• You have the ownership, responsibility, and leading a team to drive the performance of assigned Strategic Client’s.
• Work together with Head of Strategic Account Team and Trade Team, to develop strategies and growth plans.
• Preparation of key business quotations, bid submission and daily business coordination across Fareast agencies.
• Recommend service enhancements and/or service deficiencies to enhance service capabilities.
• Work with relevant internal stakeholders to upkeep service line agreements with clients.
• Actively using Microsoft power bi tools or/an analytical tool to monitor performances and business expectations.
• Prepare and present business propositions.
• Participate in follow-up meetings on business commitment and quarterly review with Regional Strategic clients.
• Preparing, maintaining and distribution of service contracts and FMC Filing (USA trade).
• Achieve volume fulfillment targets set by management.
Who We Are Looking For
• Minimum Degree qualified, preferably in the field of Maritime or Logistic and Supply Chain.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in client management for transportation industry.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Points and Power BI).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks that are more critical.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under stress and tight timelines.
• Meticulous and detail oriented.
• Believer in teamwork.
