As a member of the Advocacy & Communications (A&C) team, the Marketing & Communication Senior Executive (Social Media) is responsible for:
Job Description
1. Campaign Management and Social Media:
· Plan, manage, and execute campaigns that grab attention and drive result on both offline and online touchpoints
· Write and respond to briefs and develop concepts across branding, campaigns, design and video.
· Own our social media platforms and create content that resonates, especially short form videos
· Manage the social media calendar and moderate social activity on BCF social media platforms for positive community engagement
· Provide art direction and support in generating concepts for social media content
· Own turnkey projects from ideation to design and production, ensuring timely delivery, on-budget and on-brand.
2. Project Management and Coordination:
· Research new platforms, partners and vendors for content collaborations, marketing and advocacy opportunities.
· Coordinate with colleagues to provide inter-department communications support.
· Evaluate the design work and content against project objectives, suggest refinements for quality control and optimised performance, and select recommendations.
· Brief vendors / partners for brand identify and styleguide application, manage production quality control, timelines and budgets
3. Innovation & Growth:
· Drive growth and engagement through both online and offline channels, utilizing social media, content and other non-traditional channels/methods.
· Identify and engage with influencers and artists to expand online reach and explore collaborations on content creation that reasonates with BCF’s objectives
· Stay on top of social media trends, landscape, new players, and turn them into opportunities for engagement
4. Others:
· Support A&C team’s brand custodianship to approve use of BCF’s branding as part of our partner collaborations.
· Conduct breast cancer awareness talks to corporations and community groups as necessary.
· Perform other support duties as assigned by the Management.

QUALIFICATIONS
· Technical or tertiary educated in Graphic Design, Media, Communications, Marketing or related field or minimum of 3 years' experience in graphic design, media, content creation and social media management
· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
· Familiarity with video editing tools such Sony Vegas Pro, Capcut, Lumion, Adobe Premier Cut Pro, Canva
· Strong knowledge of design principles, typography and branding
· Proven track record of successfully executing campaigns across media, digital and social native.
· Understanding of SEO & SEM principles and digital and social marketing best practices.
· Previous experience in healthcare or non-profit sector a plus
Experience in public speaking and well-versed in any language other than English and advantage
