This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong collaborative skills, and a deep understanding of visual storytelling to create compelling content that aligns with our clients' brand messaging and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Conceptualization

- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative storyboards that align with clients' brand messaging and marketing objectives.

- Participate in client meetings to understand their vision and incorporate feedback into the creative process.

2. Photo and Video Production

- Capture high quality photos and videos for various marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, websites, social media and print media.

- Set up and operate production equipment, ensuring the highest standards of lighting, sound, and visual composition during shoots.

- Direct talent and collaborate with the team to create engaging content that resonates with audiences.

3. Editing and Post-production

- Edit photos and videos to enhance quality, add visual effects, create a polished final product.

- Optimize media files for specific platform requirements, ensuring compatibility and high-quality display across all channels.

- Ensure all content reflects the clients branding and style guidelines, maintaining consistency across all media.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in media production, Film, Visual Arts, Marketing or related field.

2. Proven experience in photo and video production, preferably in an agency environment.

3. Proficient in industry-standard editing software such as Abode Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Photoshop.

4. Familiarity with different filming styles suitable for various platforms (e.g. social media reels, websites, advertisements).

5. Knowledge of audio production and color grading is a plus.

6. Strong creative and technical skills with an eye for detail and storytelling.

7. Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management abilities.
