• The Head of Case Management oversees a team of case workers responsible for resident care coordination. Develops and implements case management programs, including utilization review, intake or discharge planning, and manages the department as per the regulatory practices and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the Group ESG (including Climate) and Reputational Risk (ESGR) integration with Wealth and Retail Business Banking.
