You will collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, content designers, business owners, and quality assurance team to make sure the content DBS customers see on our apps is up to date and translated. This is a great role for anyone interested in learning about digital product design and development.

Here's how your week might look like
Your day-to-day work will be supporting various country product teams—onboarding signed-off UX design screens to our translation management tool and checking in with translators to make sure work is on track.

We don't expect you to be a writer or a translator yourself. If you can read Simplified and Traditional Chinese, that's great! But not absolutely necessary.
To keep up with the various projects you are supporting, you will attend sprint planning meetings and retrospectives.

Your team and career
This role sits within the Design Standards team, and is based in Singapore. The Design Standards team creates our design language system and defines and steers the way we design digital services at DBS. The team covers eight countries, Consumer and Corporate banking, and Middle Office Management group (internal tools).

Stakeholder Engagement (Corp + Agency)

• Support stakeholder engagement activities
• Support Design and development of stakeholder engagement content, collaterals
• Work with internal stakeholders (Workplace Services, Corporate Affairs, HR) to engage Corp staff
• Gather feedback and concerns from Stakeholders, maintain database on stakeholder feedback and concerns (Supporting role)
• Work with CM Stream Lead to identify and manage stakeholder resistance

Communications (Corp + Agency)

• Support CM Stream lead in communication activities
• Support development of Communication Materials – emails, FAQs, reading decks
• Work with internal stakeholders in order to execute communications plan

Change Impact Assessment (Corp + Agency)

• Assess and update Change Impact areas based on design and proposed operational changes (Supporting role)
• Monitor and track change impacts, change interventions

Secondary Priority Scope

Change Enablement - Awareness, Education (Corp + Agency)

• Perform Enablement Needs Assessment
• Work with Change Management Stream Lead in order to support design and delivery of change enablement

Transition Planning, Move Preparation, (Corp + Agency)

• Work with internal stakeholders and Move Consultants to prepare the relevant collaterals

Data Analysis and reporting

• Perform data analysis (organize, interpret) on data in relation to the Future WorkPLAYce Programme

Work with internal stakeholders to develop findings, recommendations based on data analysis

About You

• A Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate or a related field
• Experience in developing and implementing change management strategies
• Experience with process improvement initiatives
• Knowledge and understanding of change management principles and project management methodologies

Responsibilities of the Job:

• Immediate handling of incoming vessel purchase orders
• Send orders to appropriate suppliers for quotes.
• Price negotiations and order follow-up with suppliers
• Evaluate incoming quotations and confirm supplier selection following Superintendent/Technical Manager or higher authority permission.
• To work closely with the warehouse and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Send instructions to the supplier.
• Keep the vessels and Vessel Managers informed of any delivery.
• Contact with the port agents of the vessel
• Clearance through customs
• Based on the practical arrangements made by the Vessel Manager, make the necessary official bookings for service and repairs.
• Maintain and update the supplier's database across many platforms.

Requirements for the Position:

• A self-motivated worker with at least three years of experience in the marine industry is required.
• Have initiative and the ability to multitask
  resourceful and skilled at negotiating
• IT savvy
• Capable at working with ERP
