Job Description

Your major responsibilities will involve managing various categories for the group across their various locations in South-East Asia, working closely with suppliers and strategic partners.

Your other responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and negotiation with Vendors and Suppliers
• Vendors/Supplier Performance Management
• RFP/RFQs
• Perform root-cause analysis and identify gaps for improvements
• Procurement activities to support product trials & NPIs
• Monthly Distributor meetings
• Extensive Stakeholder engagement

The Successful Applicant

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain or equivalent related studies
• 4 years of experience in Procurement or Category Management with experience in strategic sourcing and tenders
• Prior experience in handling facilities management services will be highly regarded
• Ability to travel around the region and strong communication and negotiation skills with various stakeholders are essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for tender and quotation updates.
• Liaise with Procurement and Contract Managers on requests.
• Renew maintenance contracts, overseeing the entire process from approval to award.
• Prepare letters of award and compile contract documentation.
• Coordinate contract commencement meetings with vendors.
• Conduct final account assessments before contract expiry.
• Manage and maintain records of maintenance contracts.
• Analyze contractor assessment results and coordinate vendor management with Facilities Managers.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Facilities Management.

• Candidates with Quantity Surveying background is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and budgeting.

As an IT Executive, your role provides seamless integration of the IT infrastructure support to the end users. You will be responsible for the daily operations of the IT infrastructure. Reports to the Property or M&E Executive/ Manager with specific responsibilities for the smooth operation and efficient maintenance of all M&E system, equipment and facilities of the Property.

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate and assist the Property Executive/ Manager in daily operation of the M&E Services.
• Carry out periodic inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedules and upkeeping of all equipment.
• Perform weekly checks on the building's fire-protection system - main panel and sub-panels, including troubleshooting on failure of fire-protection system.

• Maintain inventory and requisite purchase of electrical/ mechanical parts/ accessories according to the SOP.

• Follow up on progress of rectification works and report to the Property Management team timely.
• Respond and attend to all emergency calls, after office hours and for reinforcement of manpower during major breakdown of equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting on any failure to the building's electrical/ mechanical system.
• Other duties in the building that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• N/ O Levels with at least 1 year's experience as building technician.
• Nitec / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services / Facility Management or other relevant field.
• Familiar with maintenance of building system, equipment and facilities.
• Ability to work as a team player as well as work independently.
• Open to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Must be able to commit to 5.5 days.
