Summary

Job Description

1. Responsible to drive the development of long-term organizational strategy.
2. Responsible to coordinate Corporate Strategic Discussions on key initiatives/topics.
3. Responsible for monthly / periodic / ad hoc reports, business plan, budgeting and etc in Japanese content to Japan HQ.
4. Responsible to monitor, review, evaluate departmental KPIs.
5. Partner with key stakeholders to define strategic plans, actions and capability gap assessments.
6. Lead and/or participate in various projects across the Group and support to achieve business objectives/results. This may also include guiding a team of management associates that will assist in these projects.
7. Together with the management team, develop the materials for and suggest ways to enhance existing business processes/reports for various Board level meetings.
8. Ensuring timely reporting of performance against targets and determine root cause for non-performing and performing indicators for follow up actions.
9. Coordinate timelines and reporting requirements for the various reporting needs including board meetings.
10. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior.

Requirements

1. Possess Diploma or Bachelor in Business Management or equivalent
2. Have at least 10 years of business planning, corporate strategy or corporate development, preferable in manufacturing or production background
3. Strategic thinking and planning skill.
4. Project planning, development, execution and review.
5. Excellent communication skill across all level.
6. Data analytic skills and decisive.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (good knowledge of MS Excel).
8. Meticulous, committed and takes initiatives.
9. Ability to work independently and well-organized & multi-task.
10. Willing to Travel
11. Able to Speak and Write Japanese.

Duties of Social Media Marketing Manager:

• Identify and engage influencers (nano, micro, macro) and content creators to align with company goals and projects.
• Maintain and grow relationships with influencers through ongoing communication and outreach, expanding into new demographics.
• Strengthen partnerships with talent via mailings, gifting, and brand initiatives.
• Work with teams to exceed targets in revenue, engagement, and follower growth.
• Manage influencer marketing budget and forecast, optimizing strategies based on business needs.
• Track and analyze the success of social media campaigns using KPIs.
• Develop and manage an influencer calendar for all social channels.
• Stay updated on trends in social media, influencer marketing, and emerging platforms.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in relevant discipline
• More than 5 years of experience in handling social media platform, typically Fashion Retail Industry
• Possess a rich network of KOL/ Influencer for branding purpose

Main Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

2. Min 12 years’ experience in financial and risk management, preferably in shipping or energy industry.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
