Requirements:

Direct Responsibilities

As part of Monitoring & Production Support of Payments, SWIFT and Cash flows, candidate will:

Manage the incidents and crisis communication

- Crisis Management:

• Analyze the criticality of the malfunction and implement the appropriate incident management and communication actions
• Identify and coordinate key actors in order to restore the service. Lead crisis conference call
• Communicate and provide status updates on issues to business users, management team and other stakeholders.

Provide production support

• Respond to the back office Business lines in case of a malfunction in the execution of a flow (internal failure or client failure) and keep them regularly informed in case of an incident.

Take part in the Monitoring and repair of flows

• Perform daily routine check and monitoring global assets (Cash Management layers, SWIFT related components, message files and event logs).
• Ensure the operational end-to-end monitoring using the available tools and procedures.
• Identify gaps in the process with the expected nominal operation.
• Supervise the recurrent maintenance intervention.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Order management

· Co-ordinate with Merchandise Planners and Franchise partners on order submission via Relex and Order Portal systems

· Manage Purchase Order creation and update revisions in Netsuite system

· Ensure purchase orders are successfully transmitted, received and confirmed by vendors

· Maintain accurate ship dates, quantities, costs and descriptions in purchase orders

· Monitor purchase order status, track production, shipping and receiving status in GTN and POC Systems

· Monitor and keep track of sku pass emails to ensure purchase orders are issued in a timely manner

· Communicate regularly with Franchise partners on purchase order status

Communication

· Follow up on SKU setup process with Merchandising and Merchandise Operations teams, highlight and resolve sku availability issues, to support on time purchase order creation

· Communicate relevant ordering information, changes and cancellations to purchase orders to Global partners, Sourcing team and vendors

· Liaise and work with cross-functional partners to track down & resolve shipments and transportation issues.

· Ensure accurate ship dates, quantities, costs and descriptions in purchase order revisions and communicate the changes to Global partners, Sourcing team and vendors

· Assist in resolving all queries pertaining to orders through communications with WSI cross-functional partners, including Customs, Transportation, Freight Forwarder, Sourcing and QA

Reporting and analysis

· Generate reports as needed.

· Perform analysis of shipment timing to support monthly revenue forecast.

Other responsibilities

· Attend cross-functional calls with Global merchants and Franchise partners.

FOR CONSTRUCTION OF TUNNELS WITH LTA

- Ensure implementation and maintenance of key standards and guidelines

- Streamline operations and maintain quality standards

- Promote awareness of regulations and expectations across the project and its duration

- Established QMS processes, implement, maintain, review, plan for internal audits, discuss with process owners to

ensure compliance and maintenance

- Provides feedback to top management on the effectiveness of the QMS.

- Create awareness through effective communications, evaluate and improve

- Raise, resolve and close non conformance reports

- Review subcontractor / suppliers QMS

- Generate project quality plan, inspection test plan, employees training plan, calibration of equipments and tools

Skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist the Project Manager and Planning team in supporting the planning and execution of construction projects which primarily focuses on quantity surveying tasks while also providing valuable assistance in various aspects of project planning and coordination related to the material take off and work front and variation quantities.

Specific Role:

• Conducting detailed quantity take-offs from construction drawings and specifications.
• Estimating material, labor, and equipment costs required for construction projects.
• Reviewing and verifying contractor claims and change orders related to quantities.
• Monitoring project costs and providing regular updates to the Lead Planner and Project Services Lead.
