Key Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

The Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing the review, negotiation, drafting, implementation and maintaining the contracts within the organization. The Contract Manager will assist to build and sustain excellent client relationships and propose partnership engagement models (primarily legal considerations) for strategic partnerships and collaborations. The Project BIM Manager (PBM) is responsible for overseeing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and standards for large-scale or infrastructure projects. This role is focused on implementing BIM strategies, ensuring digital delivery, and coordinating 4D and 5D BIM models to integrate design, cost, and scheduling information effectively.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain a project-specific BIM Execution Plan to define the BIM objectives, deliverables, responsibilities, and procedures for each project phase.

· Implement and enforce compliance with BIM standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 19650, PAS 1192) to ensure quality and consistency in model creation, data management, and coordination.

· Use BIM tools to coordinate the design among architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, ensuring clash detection and resolution are carried out effectively.
