RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure in-house technicians and any contractors have met the workplace, safety & health and fire safety regulations upon carrying out any rectification or replacement work.
• Take charge of incidents during incipient stages before the arrival of appointed person.
• Familiarise with all emergency response, incident & crisis management and business continuity plans and procedures.
• Assist the Fire Safety Manager (FSM) and Site Incident Controller (SIC) in conducting fire drills, evacuation exercise, disaster exercise, table-top exercise and manage real incidents.
• To conduct preliminary investigation on all reported incidents and submit the incident report by end of the day.
• In charge of FCC and supervise the daily operations.
• Manage all ACMV, Lighting, Fire Alarm System, EM Doors, Paging, Lift Monitor System, Carpark System, CCTV in the FCC.
• To delegate respective competent Technicians to carry out daily checks and repair works at every shift.
• To check, prepare and update accurate event technical requirements ACMV and Lighting during work shift and for the following day if required.
• Manage and operate building systems to achieve energy efficiency and water saving and 3 also to reduce & recycling of waste.
• To ensure that the CERT response appropriately and promptly to incidents and emergencies.
• Open to work on weekdays/weekends/public holidays (depending event requirements) when required.
• Any other duties as requested by Reporting Officer.

• Minimum NITEC in M&E Engineering and/or Building Services related fields.
• Minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant working experience.
• Able to communicate and with interpersonal skills. Pro-active and able to work independently and as a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement and acquisition
• Work closely with the appointed agency to create and schedule social media content on social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram.
• Propose appropriate social media content and media buy strategies, for either a standalone campaign or as part of an integrated marketing communications campaign, to achieve campaign goals. This includes tracking relevant metrics to measure campaign success.
• Manage ad campaigns to optimise FB/IG ads within campaign budgets and analyse the ad performance, focusing on improving performance and ad ROIs.
• Review quarterly reports generated by appointed agency to track performance and identify areas for improvement and opportunities.
• Consolidate and provide relevant social media data for reporting purposes and be able to benchmark results against industry standards.
• SStay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and be open to exploring new ideas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimally three years of working experience with at least two years in social media management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (especially Meta Business Suite).

Job Responsibilities:

Community Engagement

• Engage and collaborate with internal SNM divisions to support their programmes with external organisations.
• Assist in developing new strategies and sustainable partnerships to advance ecosystem of activities at NH, AACs & SCCs.

• Ensure that volunteers assist in a safe and supportive environment in accordance with the legislation and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Community Engagement, Donor Relations & Volunteer Management
• Strong collaborative and partnership building skills with Grassroots organisations, Religious organisations, Community partners and Government agencies
• Proven track record in managing fundraising campaigns and donor relationships.
• Able to manage multiple projects/events in a fast-paced environment

Reporting to the Public Relations Manager, your job responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Assist in conducting market research to identify industry trends and target market characteristics.
