DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in manpower resourcing, employer branding of choice and ensuring effective recruitment, on-boarding, deployment and retention.
• Assist with advertising agencies on the publishing of recruitment advertisements and external vendor on supplying workers for part-time basis.
• Update records and maintain proper filing of all employees’ personal files.
• Update staff bio-data in the HRIS and extract information from clock in and clock out devices on staff attendance and overtime matters.
• To handle employee’s inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Prepare CPF Refund & HRA Monthly report.
• To support the HR team in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare and submit all MOM and other government bodies and statutory reports and statutory survey forms.
• WSH - Report of Accident and submission of WICA.
• Perform general administration duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Possess a Diploma Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• 2 – 4 years of relevant working experience in Administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new HR technologies and practices.

Work with the product delivery committee in rolling out new products

• Represent New Business/Policy servicing team in product meetings with the team manager.
• Work with New Business/Policy servicing teams in coming up with business requirements for submission to product delivery committee to ensure that operational requirements are catered for.
• Work with technology team on UAT test plans and UAT output review and sign off.
• Prepare and conduct training on the new products for New Business/Policy servicing teams.
• Monitor post implementation progress to ensure smooth product roll out
• Document business/handling rules of products launched in the existing SOP/User guides.
