To this end, we are seeking an experienced Management Trainee - Group who can join our team and help pave the way towards our new goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy & Leadership:Develop and lead the implementation of the company’s HR strategy aligned with the overall business strategy and objectives.
   Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, leadership team, and department heads on people and organizational matters.
   Lead HR initiatives that contribute to business growth, enhance organizational capabilities, and drive employee satisfaction.
   
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:Oversee talent acquisition efforts, ensuring that the company attracts and retains top-tier talent at all levels.
   Drive workforce planning, identifying current and future talent needs and ensuring the right resources are in place to meet business objectives.
   
3. Organizational Development & Culture:Shape the company culture to promote innovation, inclusivity, collaboration, and high performance.
   Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement, leadership development, and succession planning.
   Ensure a healthy and productive work environment that fosters employee satisfaction and well-being.
   
4. Performance Management & Development:Oversee the performance management process, ensuring the alignment of individual goals with organizational objectives.
   Design and implement programs for employee development, training, and career progression.
   Provide coaching and guidance to leaders in managing their teams and improving performance.
   
5. Compensation & Benefits:Lead the development and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs that support talent retention and attraction.
   Ensure compensation structures are aligned with market trends, company objectives, and equity across the organization.
   
6. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, ensuring these principles are embedded in company policies and practices.
   Develop initiatives to foster an inclusive environment that values diversity and encourages employees to bring their full selves to work.
   
7. Employee Relations & Compliance:Oversee employee relations efforts to ensure a respectful, fair, and safe workplace for all employees.
   Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
   Resolve employee conflicts and manage grievance processes effectively.
   
8. HR Technology & Analytics:Leverage HR technologies to streamline HR processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance the employee experience.
   Utilize data analytics to provide insights and recommendations on key HR metrics, including retention, performance, and employee engagement.
   
9. Succession Planning & Leadership Development:Develop and implement a comprehensive succession plan for key roles within the organization.
   Lead leadership development programs that nurture future leaders and provide continuous growth opportunities.
   

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
• Experience: 10+ years of HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive role (such as VP of HR or CHRO).
• Skills & Competencies:Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
  Proven ability to align HR strategy with organizational goals.
  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  Expertise in compensation, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  Experience with HR technologies and data analytics tools.
