• Data Management & Reporting: Maintain organisational data, track performance indicators, and prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Course Coordination: Manage lesson schedules, timetables, and learning platforms; assist with makeup classes and lecturer task tracking.
• Attendance Monitoring: Ensure attendance is recorded, verify absences, and follow up with lecturers and Course Managers when needed.
• Results Management: Analyse and prepare assessment results for reporting; support result distribution and record maintenance.
• Student & Trainee Support: Process admissions, student pass applications, and WSQ trainee registrations; coordinate course logistics like attendance tracking and feedback surveys.

Requirements:

• Education: Polytechnic Diploma in Business Administration, Education, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in academic administration or a related role, with a focus on data management or reporting preferred.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g., Google Calendar, Google Sheets) and Learning Management Systems.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, particularly for database management, data analytics, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with EduTrust-PEIs or WSQ registered training provider
• Familiarity with student pass application processes and regulatory compliance.

• To assist in all aspects relating to the construction of the project, keeping and reviewing record of works, monitoring Contractor's schedules, observe and comply with site safety, and submitting all reports to the Supervisiong Officer
• Attend all meetings relating to the project and other duties as directed by the Supervising Officer from time to time
• To familiarize with the drawings, contract specifications and highlight deviations
• To provide full support and assistance to the Supervising Officer
• Ensure that the contractors carry out their work in compliance with Building Control Act and Regulations
• Approved Registered RTO Certificate
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience as an RTO in the construction industry
• Knowledge and familiar with the local authority requirements
• Able to work under pressure with ability to work independently
• Able to start work within short notice

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend to customers when they arrive for their scheduled appointments
• Manage customer appointments and room reservations
• Attend to telephone inquiries
• Perform registration, payment collection, data entry and administrative duties to customer
• Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned
