POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the HR Manager for the full spectrum of human resource and administration functions which include recruitment, staffing, performance evaluations, onboarding and offboarding.
• Perform day-to-day operations of HR function and work according to company policies and SOP.
• Handle work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation, expiration, follow up with medical check-ups, updating information to MOM etc.

Job Summary

The Patient Service Officer is responsible for the effective administration and operations of the Patient Service Centre, working permanently on night shifts on a 4-day work week.

Job Description

• Update and maintain patient registration information accurately.
• Perform cashier duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, including checking Medisave account holder balances from the CPF website, printing hardcopies, and attaching this information to the HIS after obtaining patient authorization.
• Address queries regarding doctors' fees or patients' hospital bills during discharge.

Guest Relations Officer will assist the Front Office Manager in providing good customer service to guests and walk in guests.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Diploma from a polytechnic in Singapore or a Degree in Administration Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a similar field from a reputable institution.
• Good command in English and Chin
• Organised and able to follow structured work procedures at work
• At least 2 years of working experience preferably in the service or retail sectors.
• Comfortable with HRM and office software (Microsoft Works and Excel).

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance Officer to join a prominent bank on an 8-month contract. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to the bank’s compliance team, ensuring adherence to AML policies, identifying suspicious activities, and supporting anti-financial crime initiatives. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a regulatory environment and is passionate about financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct AML monitoring and assessments to detect suspicious activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Review and investigate flagged transactions, working closely with internal teams to document findings.
• Support KYC (Know Your Customer) processes and enhance onboarding procedures for high-risk clients.

Qualifications:
