Job Responsibilities:

· Report to Financial Controller who is a qualified CPA / Chartered Accountant

· Execute the company’s inventory policy

· Manage the company’s inventory system including stock profiles and locations

· Churning of necessary daily and weekly Inventory/Purchasing reports

· Ensure incoming goods are receipted and managed appropriately in Finance aspect

· Review historical data to build timely forecasts for assigned markets

· Responsible for planning periodic stock checks via audit work and stock takes

· Perform reconciliation or audit after physical counts and liaise with business units to rectify variance

· Monitor inventory stock -cards and systems to maintain safety stock level to avoid ‘’out-of-stock’’ situations

· Audit check on stock flow accuracy

· Timely update stock movement in physical stock-card and inventory system

· Check on supplier invoices

· Assist in other financial matters

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business fields

· 2 years of relevant experience preferably from service / hospitality / healthcare / retail industry

· Recent university or polytechnic graduates in relevant fields without work experience but with good attitude and academic records are welcome to apply.

· Candidate who are undergoing CPA training program are welcome to apply

· Experience working in fast-growing SMEs will be an advantage

· Good in planning and organising work flow, with strong in numeracy, analytical and good interpersonal skills

· Proficient in English communication and writing.

· Ability to read, write, and converse in Chinese will be an added advantage as liaising with our counterparts in China and Chinese customers.

· Enjoy working in fast-paced and dynamic environment

· A multi-tasker and learner with self-motivation and integrity

· Strong proficiency in Excel and proficient in Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint and IT systems

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise with external parties such as banks, government agencies, corporate secretaries, auditors, and other stakeholders to fortify professional relationships and ensure compliance.
• Liaison with directors and assist to initiate, monitor and implement new corporate initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

• Excellent in communication with seniors, peers, team members as well as customers and external parties.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese will be required as the role requires liaison with our Chinese counterparts.
• Ability to solve problems or recommend solutions to decision makers using analytical approach and quantitative analysis.
• Proven ability in creating results through conducting weekly meetings and initiating ad-hoc meetings.
• Strong in presentation skills both to the directors and to frontline staff during weekly meetings.
• Proficient in using flow charting, tables, charting and PowerPoint to present ideas to assist directors and communicate analysis and recommendations to decision makers.
• Savvy with digital and IT tools. Prior experience with Google workspace, Google doc / Gsheet, 365 Ms word, excel, GenAi will be an advantage.
• Pleasant personality, energetic, demonstrated maturity, integrity, results-oriented and being able to work independently as well as being an effective team player.
• High attention to detail and accuracy; ability to think strategically in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, including addressing customers’ inquiries and providing support throughout their treatment journey.
• Check-in customers, record the visits and update customer information on internal database.
• Responsible for daily check on stock usage and patch recording or data entry of any differences.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, including updating posters and brochures.
• Assist customers with electronic purchases and account access on their mobile devices.
• Facilitate sign-in and out procedures for customers.
• Assist doctors with pre and post-treatment services, including pre-numbing and post-masking procedures.
• Escort customers to and from the doctor's room, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

• To make follow-up calls after clinic visits to provide advice about post-treatment care and book review appointments with doctors.
• Step-out and events to generate leads of awareness.
• Assist in any other clinic-related matters as required.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum Poly diploma or Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities preferably in Business Admin, Science or Health Sciences.
• Experience in customer service and/or hands-on facial treatments preferred; basic math skills required.
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in stock administration and inventory management.
• Comfortable with electronic payment systems and mobile device usage.
