The MolyCop business currently has 15 manufacturing facilities located throughout Australasia, South and North America, Europe. The business supplies steel consumables, primarily grinding media to the Copper Gold mineral processing sector. The business has revenues in excess of $1.4Billion and employs more than 1200 direct employees.

MolyCop’s raw material feedstock strategy incorporates a range of supply options including domestic sourcing, make own via our EAF steelmaking facilities located in Canada and importing ~450KT of bar and other traded products. The Singapore trading office is responsible for the sourcing and supply of our imported bar needs.

Role Purpose:

The goal of this position is to provide daily operational support to our Procurement Management team including Request for Quotations, purchase order placement, expediting, handling end to end LC application process, full set of shipping documents, tracking of orders and managing routine documentation for purchase orders in accordance to Molycop procurement policy, procedures, process and delegations of authority.

Role Accountabilities:

1.) Procurement & Contract Administration

· Responsible for the administration of full procurement cycle.

· Prepare RFQ against forecast and receipt of supplier proposals.

· Generate RFQ responses into a pre-defined format for management review.

· Creating coversheet, Purchase and Sales contract (D365).

2.) Expediting and shipping documentation

· Upkeep cargo readiness and delivery status for all contracts.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Tertiary education in relevant field, preferably engineering.
• Proven work experience as a Procurement Specialist or similar role.
• Good knowledge of purchasing strategies and process.
• Broad knowledge of supply chain management and import/ export business - Charter Parties, breakbulk shipment and Letter of Credit.

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities (20%)

1. Evaluate new laboratory test methodologies.

2. Demonstrate laboratory procedures to trainees and new staff.

Responsible for finance-related departments and oversees the financial part of the Company

Acts as the liaison and builds relationships with financial institutions and private investors

Responsible for quantitative and qualitative financial analysis and evaluates risks and gains related to finances.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above, typically in Finance, Business Administration, or Engineering. Priority will be given to people with mixed relevant education backgrounds.

Have pre-preparation experience in a new company, coordination of team resource in China and Southeast Asia. At least 10 years of team management and leadership experience in finance and accounting or auditing area, with strong leadership and coordination ability.

Have investment relations and customer resources in the area of science and technology, Internet communication especially in China and Southeast Asia.

The Candidate will be responsible to set up the Medical Affairs of NUHS@Home, develop strategies to enhance the effectiveness of its clinical quality program within the organisation and to identify and work on developing quality models, design and implementation of audits and risk management activities.

Job Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)

- Set up and run the following QA and clinical services committees in functions such as organising meetings, preparing relevant reports for meetings, recording minutes, and ensuring that follow-up actions are taken after the meetings.

• Collaborate closely with relevant data/ operations teams to ascertain the precision and validity of data, facilitating the timely submission of the performance indicators report to the Ministry of Health.

- Ensure that drafts for new or revised clinical forms, e.g., consent forms and clerking forms, are vetted by hospital lawyer if necessary and approved by GCMB/ Clinical Lead in a timely manner.

- Conduct JCI / ESS (or equivalent) activities.

- Conducting clinical audits for various clinical work processes, case notes audit / review, audits on problem cases and ad-hoc audits.

- Oversee the monitoring of mortality and morbidity reporting ensuring 100% reporting rate.

- Compile and analyse data and generate annual reports.

Secondary Responsibilities and Duties (20%)

- Coordinate activities for Hospital Licensing Exercise and serve as liaison person for any queries on hospital licensing. (if required)

- Assist in preparing budget proposal (if required)

- Other Medical Affairs Activities

• Prepare presentations for HO / MO orientation (if required)

- Prepare papers for Medical Board, NUHS Board and MOH as and when required.

- Any other assigned duties.

Job Requirements

- Possess Bachelor’s degree with experience in a hospital setting

- Experience in Quality Management/Assurance in an acute care hospital will be an added advantage

- Computer skills in Words, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

- Basic statistical skills

- Keen interest in developing databases and reports relating to clinical QA

- Strong interpersonal skills, be meticulous, self-initiated and independent

• Accountable for ensuring full set monthly payroll and ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Manage tax clearance matters for employees and maintain and upgrade company payroll system.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance/Accounting/HRM or equivalent
• At least 1 years of working experience
• Proficient in Sage Easypay
