About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Operations Officer to be part of our Asia Pacific Logistics Execution

team to perform safe and timely shipments of >$2B worth of products to and from international origins

and destinations.

Based in our Singapore Commercial hub, the primary responsibility is to manage the day-to-day

operational activities, working in close collaboration with a complex stakeholder groups from across

the business to deliver optimal value for the various business units.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Logistics Operations, this role is a great opportunity to:

 Plan and execute shipments from the company smelters to customers in diverse locations,

including placing bookings, coordination, and monitoring whilst minimizing freight cost,

optimising working capital and meeting commercial requirements.

 Provide timely notification to all relevant parties on bookings and coordinate with stakeholders

on subsequent changes

 Track shipping schedules, perform all required system related updates and resolve issues that

may affect shipping, vessel slippage risk and deliveries to the customers

 Act as the primary escalation point of contact for all operational issues raised by both internal

and external stakeholders

 Process freight payments and resolve any payment dispute with vendors timely

 Ensure completeness of accrual of freight cost at end month

 Develop and manage relationship with vendors such as shipping lines, 3PLs and internal

stakeholders

 Investigate and handle claims relating to transportation and shipping

 Participate in continuous improvement projects, identify any process gaps and propose

improvement initiatives to reduce costs and/or improve service levels.

 Participate in performance related meetings and provide constructive feedbacks where

relevant

 Adhere to the logistics existing policies and system requirements at all times

 Create a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) culture within the company's logistics ensuring all

activities comply with company standards

About you

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:

 At least 5 years of related experience in supply chain/logistics

 Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce or related field.

 A team player, autonomous and self-driven

 Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written

 Determined problem solver with high level attention to details, strong analytical and critical

thinking skills

 Solid time management skill and ability to prioritize workload in a changing environment and

within tight deadlines

 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

 Exposure to SAP systems will also be beneficial.

 Experience with project cargo will be an added advantage.

Personal Care Officer

• Salary Range: $ 2500 - $3300
• Location: Bukit Batok/Buangkok
• Working Hours: 44 hours per week shift

Required to work on rotating shift - including weekdays & weekend + PH

• Working Hours - Shift Work
• AM Shift – 8am to 5pm
• PM Shift – 10am to 7pm

(1 week once base on schedule either Day Duty or Night Duty)

• Day Duty Officer – 7am to 7pm
• Night Duty Officer – 7pm to 7am

Job Requirements

• At least diploma in Psychology / Social work / or relevant field
• Willing to work rotating shifts including night shift and weekends

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the care of residents
• Develop and implement programmes and activities for the well-being of residents
• Put up monthly interview records for residents
• Ensure proper maintenance of the Home's equipment
• Ensure the cleanliness of the Home's premises

Job Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for:

1. Handle daily operational tasks and provide customer support with quality and consistency

· Perform daily operational routines and manage ad-hoc tasks.

· Provide customer support on platforms and trading related matters through monitoring and tracking to proper closure of the issues logged by raising JIRA tickets.

· Perform first level investigation and provide timely status update to clients.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution on issues raised.

· Identify channel related issues and collate customer feedback for issue logging.

· Manage service downtime, facilitate publication and timely communications of notices on all digital channels to clients and internal users.

· Prepare communications plan for online marketing campaigns and user engagement during service recovery.

· Prepare and update SOP documentation in a timely manner.

2. Support business projects and process improvement initiatives

· Support Digital Platform’s projects through process/system improvements and enhancements on customer journey and trading platform.

· Collaborate with cross functional teams from IT, Operations, Client Services, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Vendors and others to fulfil customer and business needs.

· Prepare user requirements, functional specifications, user process documentation, mockup screens and test scenarios/cases according to business requirements and objectives.

· Provide support and ensure project timelines are met and scope performed according to requirements.

· Review and streamline existing processes in efforts to achieve process efficiencies, cost-savings and improved user experience.

· Prepare user training materials in the form of user guide, slides, videos, etc.

· Formulate test strategies, coordinate and perform user acceptance testing with key stakeholders and seek for sign off.

· Provide support for post-deployment verification to ensure all issues are escalated and resolved in a timely manner.

· Monitor the Customers feedback/ratings on the digital channels to identify areas for improvement, define short term action plan and long term fixes to address customer pain points.

Job Requirements

To thrive and be successful in this role, you must have / be:

• Diploma holder and above preferably with knowledge and keen interest in technology and trading.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the trading platform support or technology industry
• Good understanding of Equities products, trading, and related processes.
• Experienced in performing user testing and verifications.
• Must be willing to work during Euro trading hours from 3pm to 12 midnight.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholders management.
• A positive and can-do attitude in the work is a must.
• Able to work under pressure and fast paced environment
• May need to work beyond office hours, occasionally on weekends when required.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize work in alignment with Digital Platforms’ business objectives
• Customer-centric and think out of the box.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem solver.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
