Major Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Management of all patients under their care, including but not limited to:

Job Description:

• To isolate and culture Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MCSs) from Human Umbilical Cord Tissue and Human Bone Marrow.
• To maintain MSCs cultures (changing medium, sub culturing, passaging and cryopreservation).
• To perform daily cleaning and maintenance of clean room laboratory and equipment(s).
• To perform monthly sterilization of all CO2 Incubators.
• To perform stem cell markers testing using flow cytometry. (Viability, CD73, CD90, CD105).
• To contact 3rd party laboratory personnel and make necessary arrangements to send samples for testing (culture plates, sterility culture bottles, mycoplasma & endotoxin).
• To record all processing data and culturing data onto worksheets accurately and file into clients’ folder.
• To relocate cryopreserved MSC cells from quarantined cryogenic tank to permanent cryogenic storage tank. Ensure continuous supply of liquid nitrogen to all cryogenic tanks.
• To report contamination case or no cell growth case to Assistant Laboratory Manager, Laboratory Manager and Non-conformance team.
• To check stock regularly and inform any low buffer to Laboratory Admin or warehouse personnel immediately.
• To monitor lot number and expiry date for all reagents, materials and consumables and inform Laboratory Admin or warehouse personnel to dispose of any expiring/expired according to SOP.
• Always update lot number and expiry date of all reagents, materials, and consumables onto processing and culturing worksheets from time to time.
• To prepare and aliquot reagents or solution for processing and cell culture works.
• To perform potency testing when required. (Adipogenic, Chondrogenic, Osteogenic Differentiation).
• To report and record any deviation/incident/technical issues and perform Corrective Action and Prevention Action (CAPA).
• To generate Laboratory Report for clients upon successful culturing and cryopreservation of MSCs in compliance with Laboratory protocol and guidelines.

Requirements

• Familiar with the standards of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Familiar with various test standards or processes, eg. RCPA-FBC, CAP, etc.
• A team player working with teammates under the supervision of Assistant Laboratory Manager/ Laboratory Manager.
• Able to co-operate with colleagues, plan and execute daily tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Willingness to take up other duties required.
• Must be willing to work during rostered weekends and public holidays.
• Degree in biological science is a must.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer procurement activities, offering end-to-end guidance to internal requestors on procurement procedures and processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• A Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience in government procurement procedures and GeBIZ is highly preferred. However, candidates without this experience but demonstrate strong analytical skills, a willingness to learn, and familiarity with procurement processes are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of government procurement procedures is highly advantageous.

The Job

• Provide administrative support to mainly project management and research needs.

Fellowship in Vascular Surgery

The Department of Cardiac, Thoracic and Vascular Surgery, National University Hospital is seeking candidates for our fellowship in Vascular Surgery under National University Heart Centre, Singapore. We are a 1,400 bed hospital with full range of vascular surgery services. There are 6 Consultant surgeons in the vascular division. We have an aortic center which offer full range of open, endovascular as well as hybrid surgery and both cardiac and vascular surgeons worked closely together. The vascular unit performs over 1,600 procedures in all aspect of vascular surgery. The fellowship will be at registrar/senior registrar level and you are expected to do on call at frequency of 1:4 Rota to 1:5.

We welcome international candidates who have previous vascular experience and looking for further opportunities to enhance their vascular and endovascular skills. As we are an academic unit of vascular surgery, fellows are expected to participate in research and teaching. Depending on candidates’ previous skills set, we offer basic, intermediate and advanced vascular fellowships. POSITION SUMMARY:

As part of the Regional Medical Affairs Team, the Regional Medical Affairs Manager will act as the regional therapeutic expert for our Consumer Health, Pain and CNS portfolios (subject to be updated as for business and medical needs). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Medical Affairs

• Provide medical and scientific support.
• Act as the regional therapeutic expert for assigned therapeutic areas. Provide Medical affairs support to local affiliates where there is no medical presence as required.
• Work in collaboration with the regional marketing teams and provide strategic medical input into core brand strategies and support medical marketing activities such as promotional material, product launches, omnichannel engagement, brand planning, etc.
• Perform medical assessment for the respective brands for business development opportunities as well as other assets as assigned
• The regional medical point of contact for the TAs for the regional and local medical and marketing teams for providing directions and support on medical action items, including but not limited to KOL engagements, insight seeking, advisory boards, Medical led meetings and initiatives, patient centricity, medical omnichannel communications, etc.
• Manage medical information inquiries for the assigned therapeutic area.
• Conduct regional scientific training on the disease and products.
• Lead life cycle management and data generation activities for the regional/corporate brands.

Clinical Operations:

• Leads all stages of the clinical study development process including: feasibility assessments; protocol design; CRF design; ISF investigational site selection; generation of clinical study reports and the development of study-related documents, informed consent documents, study manuals and plans, trial master files (TMF), case report form design, etc. Identify data gaps and the need for phase 4 RWE studies for data generation.
• Provide clinical operation support to the local team as needed.
• Act as regional medical lead for CRO management, conduct due diligence for onboarding of the CRO and participate in CRO qualification and audit process.
• Work closely with CRO and keep track of project timeline, budget and milestones.
• Takes responsibility for and initiates the review of all clinical study documents and reports such as project management plans, data management plans, interim reports, etc.
• Work closely with the regional medical director/associate director to study objectives by working with team members to set project priorities and milestones and resolve project conflicts.
• Proactively identifies and resolves issues, and participates in process improvement initiatives as required.
• Reviews and approves invoices from study vendors, investigators, consultants, etc. and planning of the clinical study budgets.
• Oversee medical aspects of the risk management and risk mitigation strategies.
• Act as data manager to ensure the correctness of the clinical study data and verify the statistical analysis.
• Present clinical study data at regional and global conferences as a poster or oral presentation.
• Work with regional TA lead, regional marketing team, local medical team, and local marketing team on the dissemination of the clinical study data; participate/organize investigator meetings, steering committee meetings, and interdepartmental meetings.
• Ensures GCP, regulatory compliance, internal SOPs and working instructions are maintained throughout the clinical study lifecycle.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5 years of medical affairs and clinical research/development experience within a pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Company.
• A certified Doctor (MBBS, MD) or a post-graduate scientific degree in medicine, biology, PhD, etc. will be an advantage.
• Solid understanding of medical affairs in the pharmaceutical industry with the ability to connect medical affairs and commercial priorities to work with cross-functional stakeholders as well as experience in people management and project-based activity and successful delivery of initiatives are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good presentation skills.
• Travel to markets within APAC would be required.
• Strong Commercial awareness - Ability to work with regional and local commercial stakeholders.

• Oversee the full spectrum of the HR central resourcing of medical specialists from interviewing to on-boarding;
• Oversee the Total Performance Management for clinicians at cluster level which include ensuring data preparation, analysis and charting to calibration;

• Provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies, procedures, legislation, manpower planning relating to clinicians;
• Lead, manage, coach and motivate the HR Executives to ensure effective, efficient and professional delivery of HR plans, programmes, processes and services and
• Undertake projects/assignments which may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements :

• A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Arts or its equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of HR experience with a demonstrated track record in Human Resource function with outstanding management abilities and leadership.
• Team player, independent, resourceful and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
• Good numeric sense, meticulous and a strong problem-solver.
• HR Experience in healthcare sector, while not a pre-requisite, will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Daily Operations

• Perform routine daily inspections around the building and surrounding areas to check for building defects, safety issues and non-compliance of building regulation and house rules.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and identify and propose necessary repair, maintenance and improvement works.
• Supervise and inspect works of the service providers that provides maintenance or repair services.
• Update maintenance records in Yardi Elevate (FM) system, stock inventory, and request of quotations for minor works.
• Attend to tenants’ requests, feedback and closing the loop with them.
• Monitor tenancy fit-out and building improvement works and carry out daily inspection of tenant’s premises during fitting out works.
• Generates work orders for the service providers to carry out the work.
• Ensure that the isolation of fire alarm/hot work is properly carry out by the service providers.
• Response/operate the fire alarm system in Fire Command Centre (FCC).
• To oversee and supervise the security officers in the manning and controls of the drop-off point.

2. Housekeeping/ Cleaning

• Lead and conduct regular joint inspection with cleaning service provider and oversee the work activities of housekeeping personnel.
• Report cleaning deficiency and track its closure.
• Conduct frequent daily check on all critical and common areas of the building and liaise closely with the cleaning service provider.

3. Security System

• In charge of daily operations in the FCC and monitor daily attendance of security officers.
• Ensure that security officers carry out duties according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Monitor CCTV and card access system and report any incidents or fault immediately.
• Attend and manage any emergency situations on site like fire alarms and bomb threats etc.
• Organise and assist fire safety manager in fire drills and safety inspections.
• Conducts periodic checks for security and safety related equipment such as fire alarms, extinguishers and CCTV etc.
• Ability to assist tenants on access cards programming and any problem encountered by the tenants.

4. Carpark Operations

• Conduct daily check of carpark system and monitor manual raising of carpark barrier.
• Ensure that the carpark system is functioning well.
• Updates the season carpark holder on the monthly basis.

5. Landscaping and Pest Control

• Daily inspection of landscaped areas and supervise the landscaping service provider in carrying out pest control measure.
• To carry out the pest control inspection personally on the need basis.
• Conduct daily inspection of all drainage systems, toilets and pantry area.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate or minimum 3 years of experience in Building operations in commercial buildings will be an added advantage.
• NITEC and above or relevant studies.
• Team oriented and good interpersonal skills.
• Able to perform shift and standby duties.
