Job Responsibilities:

• Providing safe, medically supported transport of patients to and from healthcare facilities (1777, Dialysis, non-emergency)

• Assisting physician in patient assessment, monitoring and delivering patient care

• Collecting and reporting on patient information on company communications

• Facilitating administrative processes between the company and patients including billing enquiries, payment collection and patient feedback

• Ensuring medical equipment and drugs are well-stocked and in working order

• Coordinating daily logistical tasks

Job Requirements:

• Minimum ITE certification by local institutions

• Physically fit and willing to perform rotating shift, including weekends, public holidays and late shift

Full Time/ Part-Time Patient Service Officer (TCM Clinic)

Job scope and responsibilities:

· Attend to patients and perform front-desk reception duties such as patient registration, appointment making, billing, etc.

· Administrative duties such as insurance claims, etc.

· Herbal medication dispensing, packing and stock taking.

· Assist TCM Physician during consultations if required.

· Maintenance of hygiene and cleanliness of clinic.

· Any other duties as required.

Requirements

· Experience in healthcare setting would be an advantage.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Good customer-service mindset.

· 5.5 day work week (may include evening sessions and/or weekends) [Part-Time Option available]

· Bilingual verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnosis, treatment, and management of medical conditions common to a general practice.
• Conduct medical examinations for statutory requirements.
• Conduct basic health screening and mental health counselling.
• Assist in the administration of the medical centre when the need arises.
• Option to also do additional evening shifts and telemedicine.
• Any other tasks/responsibilities as deemed necessary by the Chief Executive Officer and/or Medical Director.

Requirements:

• Fully registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) / SMC - C-Reg (Level 3)
• Comfortable to travel between medical centres preferred but not mandatory
