Job Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of back-office operations
• Working understanding of regulations, industry guidelines, and best practices.
• Knowledge of AML & Terrorist Financing as well as Operational Risk issues.
• Meticulous and good problem-solving skills.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Loan Sales / Operations.

Job Scope:

• Provide customer service and admin operational support
• Serve as the main point of contact for external corporate customers and internal stakeholders
• Provide support on daily operations including registration / de-registration of corporate vehicles, follow up on renewal cases and credit card expiry date, blacklisting requests, tracking of refunds, etc
• Manage incoming phone calls and identify customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with corporate customer accounts
• Manage and address any corporate customer complaints or issue with product / service
• Work closely with stakeholders, to ensure the request from corporate customers are managed and delivered on time
• Generate reports

Requirements:

• Possess minimum a Diploma
• Minimum 2 years of customer support / fulfilment / order processing / sales support / document processing experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to build and sustain rapport with corporates customer and stakeholders
• Capability to identify and resolve issues promptly
• Attention to detail in handling documents and data entry
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations
