Responsibilities

Remittance Processing Cell:

Job Purpose

To facilitate policyholders’, distribution representatives’ and business partners’ email queries on our product and services which will contribute to the overall positive customer experience with the company.

The Job

• Ensure the enquiries and requests received through emails/mails/fax are responded within the expected turnaround time;
• Manage and resolve policyholders’, distribution representatives’ and business partners’ issues related to insurance matters;
• Assess and manage appeals, feedbacks and minor complaints from all channel of distribution
• Provide excellent customer service experience; and
• Manage ad-hoc assignments/tasks delegated by the Section Head, when required.
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Our Requirements

• ‘A’ Levels and preferably possessed professional certification in Insurance (i.e. M9, M5 and CHI);
• 3 years’ experience in customer servicing role (Life Insurance) - Preferred & not a MUST have

• Position: Aviation Security Officer
• Shift pattern will be 4 working days with 2 days off / 5 days work with 1 day off
• 12 hours permanent shift

Responsibilities

• Deal with case exhibits, which include returning exhibits to the rightful owners and facilitating the disposal of exhibits and seized monies according to the Court Order;
• Put up service replies to be sent to case persons upon case conclusion;
• Filing and labelling of documents within the IP folder electronically;
• Facilitate the arrangement with accused person for administration of warning/advisory upon AGC’s decision;
• Managing services queries from persons of interest including victims, witnesses, complainants and claimants; and
• Any other administrative tasks directed by Head of Branch.

Requirements

• O-levels and above
• Min 1-2 years of admin experience, preferably in the government sector.
• Excellenet interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Execel, PowerPoint)
