The Role
To answer all calls with professionalism and courtesy.
To provide and deliver assistance and value-added service and ensure provision of the highest quality of friendly, personal and efficient customer service for our guest and visitors.
To support the operations of the Confinement Centre.
Key accountabilities
To meet, greet and provide consultation to Momley’s visitors and customers on our range of products and services.
To close sales and achieve KPIs set by management.
To establish good relationships with customers and their accompanying persons to provide the highest quality of friendly, personal and efficient customer service.
To check guests into the suites and provide an introductory walkabout of the premises
To solicit and attend to customers' feedback effectively and expeditiously, and provide accurate and timely feedback to management on pertinent issues.
Qualifications & Experience
At least GCE 'A' Levels/ Diploma
Prior experience in customer service is preferred
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Cheerful personality and well-groomed, passion in customer servicing
Proficient in English and Mandarin is a must
Ability to communicate in additional dialects would be advantageous.
