Location: Alexandra (Office shifting to Bukit Gombak in Jan 2025)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Verify and process financial claims in accordance with stipulated policies and guidelines such that claimants are compensated fairly, consistently and according to established service standards.
• Verify financial claims and where necessary determine the documents required for the assessment of claims.
• Exercise prudence in the processing and approving of claims.
• Discuss and escalate complex cases for review and decision.
• Handle customer requests within service standards to deliver a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields
• Min. 1 year experience as a in processing claims as a Claims Assessor, Claims Executive or Claims Officer
• Meticulous and customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills

• To provide full time supervision and inspection, monitoring, measuring and controlling Site activities and overall progress to ensure Works carried out by the Contractor
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements.
• Conduct in-progress inspections, identifying and reporting any non-conformities.
• Attend site coordination and quality meetings.
• Witness inspection and testing sessions to ensure adherence to designs and specifications.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Resident Technical Officer or in a relevant role.
