• Coordinate with vessel's Agent for delivery to vessel and other local warehouse
• Preparation of delivery documents
• Handles data Entry to play the delivery
• Liaise with Warehouse for order picking and cargo readiness

• Other ad-hoc duties/tasks assigned by superior
• Knowledge and Experience in Freight is an advantage

Job Description :

• Your duties include monitoring and reporting Contractors' daily activities, site progress, scheduling and safety on site to ensure timely completion
• Carrying out administrative works and other duties as required by Client/Superintending Officer/Consultant
• Assist in checking and coordination on all the working drawings, specifications, and to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans/drawings and specification
• Highlighting discrepancies, feedback site progress and non-confirmances/irregularities to Client/Superintending Officer/Consultants
• Assisting in reviewing of contractor's method statements and safe work procedures and ensuring contractors' compliance on site
• Conducting site inspection, monitoring the site safety to ensure all the constructions' compliance on site

Job Requirements :

• Conversant with local buidling codes and regulations
• Good supervisory and leadership skills with strong verbal and written communication skills
• A valid RTO certificate accredited by IES/ACES

· Minimum of 5 years’ relevant site experience.

· Familiarity with large scale institutional projects, in particular those healthcare in nature.

· Experience in the supervision of building construction, architectural and ID fitting out works.

· Experience with precast façade works, curtain wall works and prefabricated bathroom unit (PBU).

· Experience with projects located within the hospital environment and good daily communication with users will be advantageous.
