• Arrange shipment of raw materials from vendors, intercompanies or finished products to customers ensuring smooth delivery of shipments.
• Liaise and coordinate with freight forwarders and freight insurance for shipments.
• Prepare certificate of Origin for outgoing goods.
• Coordinate with warehouse on receiving, transfer of goods or delivery of products.
• Prepare and ensure accuracy of import and export documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Implement workplace health, safety and environmental programs & safety initiatives
• Conduct safety training programs and inspections to ensure staff and subcontractors abide policies and standards
• Establish and maintain effectiveness HSE management systems for all the workplaces, projects and facilities based on Local legislation and regulation, and or clients requirements
• Standardization of company safety policies among sites.
• Implementation of effective safety management system, preventive measures as well as risk assessment to minimize accidents at work places
• Preparation and/or submission of safety reports and necessary audits
• Liaise with MOM on all safety issues
• Investigate accidents, put up reports and recommend remedial actions.
• Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the management

Requirements:

• MOM registered WSH Officer and NEA registered ECO
• Minimum 5years of relevant experience in construction industry
• Able to interpret WSH, NEA & LTA laws proficiently
• Self-driven and able to work within tight deadlines
• A team player who is hands on and meticulous in his work
• Certificate in QEHS Internal Auditing (ISO9001, ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001)

Responsibilities

Billing and Invoicing

Manage and maintain an accurate and up-to-date billing system.

Generate and issue invoices promptly to ensure timely billing.

Payment Collection and Reconciliation

Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection and proper allocation.

Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.

Credit Control and Reporting

Execute billing, collection, and reporting activities within specified deadlines.

Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delays, or discrepancies, and take appropriate actions to address issues.

Database and Records Management

Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the database.

Resolve payment discrepancies and reconcile accounts effectively.

Receipt and Cash Management

Process receipts and handle cash transactions in accordance with established procedures.

Process payments and prepare bank deposits efficiently.

Customer Service

Investigate and resolve customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Respond promptly to queries from customers and sales teams.

Ad-Hoc Duties

Perform additional duties or projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• 1-3 years accounts receivables and general accounting experience
• Knowledge of accounts receivable and general accounting principles
• Proficient in relevant ERP systems (Esker or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (AX))
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Team player
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
