Job Description & Requirements

• Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of Workplace Safety & Health and Environment Management Systems at work sites.
• Conduct regular WSH inspections and follow-up actions to ensure safety compliance
• Ensure all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
• Ensure the Company meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting
• Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all work equipments and operations
• Ensure all accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented.
• Coordinate the development of health & safety policies, systems of work and procedures.
• Inspect project sites to ensure safety measure are being carried out at all times

Requirements:

• Possess relevant safety certificates (Eg Advanced Certificate in WSH, Safety Officer's Course or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Building Construction
• Familiar with ISO45001, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001

• Provide technical support (onsite/offsite)
• Maintain and support IT systems and infrastructure including Cloud-based systems and e-commerce websites
• Participate in CRM and Mobile App development and subsequent maintenance and enhancements
• Assist in process improvements and recommend best approaches for resolving issues
• Handle projects with different functional teams to define requirements and implementation plan
• Escalate and report any emergency cases to different functional teams
• Compile and analyze incidents and determine the areas of improvement
• Installation, configuration, and deployment of operating systems and software for PC and Laptop

Job Description:

• To monitor closely assigned customers’ inbound shipments

• Work closely with respective overseas offices to monitor its uplift at point of export till its arrival

• Update customers promptly of delivery date and if any irregularity to inform them

• Maintain close communication with overseas offices, internal customers, authorized contractors and ground handling agents to track closely its arrival and customs clearance

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by his/her immediate superior and/or manager
