Manage financial operations, including monthly closings, GST reporting, and audits, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Handle budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of management reports like sales and accounts receivable summaries.
Process and review invoices, payments, and expense claims, maintaining accuracy and adherence to policies.
Perform reconciliations for banks, inter-company transactions, and fixed assets, addressing discrepancies promptly.
Support the implementation of financial controls, policies, and ad-hoc projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Singapore-based finance operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel preferred) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Xero, Oracle); familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Experience in Singapore tax regulations, GST reporting, and financial compliance.
High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Effective analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; experience in regional APAC finance operations is a plus.

In this role, you’re expected to:
Provide a proactive service role to our clients and a supporting role to the FX PB Client
Executive team in the daily processing, monitoring, and reconciliation of all FX transactions
Main point of contact for client / administrator operational inquiries
Monitoring of all FXPB clients related trading within the FXPB matching system
Participate in the reduction of erroneous errors
Help Optimize trading flows by seeking operational efficiency
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
Client service experience or retail banking experience
Middle Office or Operations background a plus
Work experience in the Financial Services Industry is a benefit
