This role holds full financial management responsibility across the region and serves as a critical advisor in achieving business performance goals. The Finance Business Partner will oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, pricing analysis, and monthly financial reporting, alongside working capital management and ad hoc analyses. This role also ensures control and compliance in collaboration with their accounting team overseas. The Role
As a key member of the finance team, you will collaborate with the commercial team to drive the development of strategic, multi-year financial plans, addressing market landscape and capital requirements. You will also create and implement short-term operational plans, including budgets and forecasts, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to the Asia Pacific region. You will ensure that financial and business plans include measurable initiatives and support aligned strategies. In this role, you will provide financial modeling, analysis, and valuation support for acquisitions, long-term contracts, and other projects, as well as drive performance monitoring to meet objectives. Job Description:
1. Take full responsibility for the strategic planning and execution of the brand to ensure efficient and sustainable business operations.
2. Oversee the operations, supply chain, marketing, and financial functions of Shiok Burger.
3. Develop annual operational plans, drive brand expansion, and ensure the achievement of company goals.
4. Establish and optimize internal management processes and cultivate a high-performing team.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience Requirements:
· - Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in the F&B industry, including over 3 years in senior management roles.
· - Preference for candidates with experience in Western fast-food chains (e.g., McDonald's, KFC, TASTING).
· - In-depth understanding of operational models, brand management, and market trends in the F&B industry.
- Skills:
· - Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
· - Strong team management and cross-cultural communication abilities.
- Age Requirement: Above 30.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA or related fields preferred.
